This penthouse style apartment is situated on the Ohio River. A great place for a private getaway. From morning coffee in the sun room, to a glass of wine on the deck, overlooking the water. Our place has a relaxing, touch of class feel, from the “Tommy Bahama” style living room, to the “Greenbrier Resort” decor in the sun room!

Nice place to sleep 3 to 8 people when you come to town or you have guests from out of town visiting and need some extra room. We have plenty of parking, we can accommodate, boats and trailers. The parking lot has cameras for extra security. Apartment is on the 2nd floor with stair access only. We have a private gym only used by a few people on the first floor, so there will be some noise during the day. The gym is included and can be reserved just for you if those hours are available.
