Jen was very sweet and helpful if we needed anything. Her home was very comfortable and clean. The creek behind the house was very soothing and beautiful...great surroundings for an afternoon nap! We would definitely stay again!

Everything we needed and more!!! We have family in Traverse City, we didn't want to pay and arm and a leg to stay there. We found this location, not knowing how perfect it was!! 35 minutes from Traverse City, spacious, clean, adorable, the decor is awesome, the story the cabin tells is amazing. My dad who is very particular, was so happy with the cabin. We sat on the back deck and relaxed, played games at the kitchen table, and slept comfortably! The details that Leslie has in the cabin are thoughtful. We will rent here again!!

We have stayed at this airbnb a number of times now for ski weekends at Caberfae. It never disappoints and is a great value for the home and location!

The Chick's Roost was by far one of the most peaceful and convenient places we have ever stayed at. The surrounding area is so peaceful and quiet, located in the woods. Less than an hour from downtown Traverse City, it is perfectly located. The host literally has thought of what would be needed to live there, as that is how it came to be. The couple used it as a place to stay while building their home on the property. We will definitely be back soon.

We had another great experience staying at this Airbnb! This is our second year in a row booking here for our work event at the Jeep Blessing, and everything was just as perfect as the first time. The place is clean, comfortable, and exactly what we needed. We’ll definitely be back again next year—I’d give it 10 stars if I could! Thanks a lot!

My family and I stayed here so we could empty my mother’s place down the street. It was a great place for all of us! The home was very clean and neat and has beautiful appointments. We felt right at home! Stephanie, the host, was very responsive whenever I had a question. Check-in was a breeze. I would definitely recommend this place to anybody looking to spend some time in the Cadillac area.

My boyfriend and I rented out Dan’s treehouse for the weekend with our two dogs! The place was even better than expected! The treehouse was nice and cozy, we felt right at home. The property was so beautiful and private it was the perfect place to take our dogs. Treehouse has electricity and a comfortable bed! Great ventilation. The views are amazing. We loved the morning walks down to the grilling/Firepit area where you find the house with the half bath access. That was so nice to be able to use a half bath during your stay. The outdoor shower with hot water was also such a perk! Dan sent details video instructions on how to use it and followed up with emails explaining any other details/info about the property and things to do! Outdoor grill area with the sink was so convenient to prepare any and all meals! We were interested in going up to Traverse city during our stay but fell in love with the quiet private area that we decided to stay there the entire time! Would return!

Overall, it was a very wonderful stay! It was cozy & user friendly. It had all of the amenities that we needed during our stay for our ice fishing trip. Really appreciated that it was dog friendly too!
