The studio has its own entrance & bathroom. NO KITCHEN but has microwave, toaster, fridge, tea/coffee facilities & table. 30 seconds walk and you are in the reserve which wraps all the way to the marina and town. Welcome to your beach home away from home. An entire upstairs space located a stone's throw from the ocean beach and Otahu Estuary. Two large bedrooms, one bathroom and an open plan kitchen, dining and living area in addition to a deck and bbq set up for al fresco dining. Off street parking is under the deck. Freeview and WiFi available. Ideal for couples or small groups. Sleep to the sound of the ocean and wake up to the tuis. The owners live downstairs. No pets or children under 12.

Waihi Beach House Studio Unit

Self contained, fully carpeted studio unit. Very private. Not suitable for children or mobile infants. Waihi Beach is a short walk away from the studio unit. There are numerous cafes and restaurants nearby in the village all walking distance if required. During the winter season however some of the cafes and restaurants do close mid week. Please let me know if you require anything. There are two small dogs on the property but are contained in a seperate area from the studio unit.

You owe yourself a break by the sea. Chill out on Whiritoa's uncrowded beach only 80 meters away. No sound or sight of traffic here and low light pollution in the village provides front seat tickets to galaxy granduer. Whangamata is only 12kms drive if you would like to eat out. Accommodation is downstairs with your personal entrance. Double bedroom with queen bed, lounge/kitchenette, laundry/bathroom. Comfortable and clean.

Self contained stand alone accommodation in quiet street, parking right outside the unit. Close to estuary, an easy 15 minute flat walk to main street. Open plan living measuring 7m x 5.3m with queen sized bed. Living area, spacious bathroom, towels and soap provided. Kitchenette has sink, microwave, toaster, toasted sandwhich maker, fridge, jug, bistro style table and chairs. Coffee, tea, milk, and sugar supplied.
