It is close to Springvale Park, Springvale Shopping Centre, Jubilee Stadium, Springvale Garden Centre, Splash Centre, Virginia Lake, Collegiate School and Whanganui's Mainstreet. Mowhanau Beach is 15 minutes drive.

A beautifully presented TWO bedroom apartment in central Whanganui, close to shops and restaurants. Situated in the iconic Old Central Fire Station building that's been recently renovated adding another bedroom and other changes include the double glazed windows. With views across the city and out to the water, and still just walking distance to town, this gorgeous character home is perfectly situated in vibrant & creative Whanganui. Note there are steps down from the road to the front door so may not be suitable for those with mobility issues.
