We had a lovely few days with our group of eight adults, three kids and a toddler. The place was very kid friendly and had stair gates everywhere as the stairs were steep. There was a lovely park within walking distance and the bus stop was right outside for easy trips back from the town if the walk was a bit steep. Kitchen was really well equipped and all beds big and very comfy! No toilet downstairs but this wasn’t a major issue. Great having a seperate area for the kids who loved the big screen. Great host who couldn’t do enough for us! We would highly recommend and would love to return. A really beautiful house! Thank you

Close to the beach and a lovely pub /restaurant. The large kitchen table was ideal for our family get together. Very peaceful location we would love to return.

We just checked out of The Wendy House today after a wonderful stay. We are a family of 4 (kids aged 3 and 5) and cannot recommend this little gem highly enough. Holly was an amazing host- so friendly, welcoming and helpful. The house was spotless, fully equipped and a 2 min walk from the beachfront- we really couldn’t ask for better. Can’t wait to plan our next trip to this beautiful place ❤️

We spent a week at the house with several generations and it was absolutely perfect. There are basically two separate living rooms which was brilliant. Great that we had our own bathrooms and the house is in a fantastic location. Loads of space, kitchen worked well and would recommend the house for a group that has different needs to cater to. The hosts were very responsive and left good instructions.

This house is in simply the best location for the town and beach. The house is home for home and the kitchen has every utensil you need and the bathroom is great. The courtyard is a lovely intro in the afternoon too. My only slight reservation: we are a family of 5 and I think the house is more suited to a family of four. The living areas and kitchen/diner feel smaller than the photos look.

We loved our stay! Beautiful and homely, with lovely outdoor spaces. Rooms were all comfortable, clean and the kitchen had everything we needed. Simon and Saraya were friendly, gave helpful instructions and were really responsive. Would definitely recommend!

Badgers House was the perfect venue and location for a large family break. House was well equipped and comfortably furnished. The indoor pool proved a knockout with the children - especially as the weather wasn’t great! The indoor games room was a hit for the male adults, who enjoyed hours of pool, and they hit the gym too. The woodland walk was perfect, we spotted a male deer, the children loved it! Hide and seek in the house was so exciting and kept the little ones entertained for hours! Thank you to Max and Alex for being superb hosts and giving us this beautiful home and setting to enjoy. Our granddaughter broke her heart to have to leave! We will definitely be returning and may need Toad Hall next time for more family members to come along and enjoy the beauty of this peaceful place.

We had a fantastic weekend break in Woolacombe! The apartment was in a perfect location—just a short walk to the beach and local shops—and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. Clean, well-equipped, and a great base to explore the area. We’ll definitely be back!

Matt's place is super clean, welcoming and warm. Parking outside was easy. There was usually always a space directly outside, and we just moved it into the paid area (directly across the street). There were absolutely no questions and Matt was the perfect host. Very flexible, kind and understanding. Recommended to anyone, especially parents.

We very much enjoyed our stay, beautiful location, private off road parking easy to walk in to town and beach. The accomodation was well furnished clean and comfortable. We will definately return👍

The kitchen was extremely well-equipped and we loved the sunny garden. Two bedside lights would have been helpful but otherwise the place was perfect

I stayed at Lou’s place with a few friends and it was lovely - really great location, just a short walk to fistral beach, surf hire shop and a lovely cafe. Also an easy walk into New Quay town. You can see the sea from the flat - it’s a great spot! The place was clean, spacious and the beds were super comfy. Lou was super responsive before and during our stay, and gave really detailed check in details and information.

This was my first time in Plymouth since moving from England to the U.S., visiting family who just relocated here. The apartment was better in person—I’m usually skeptical after being misled by online photos before, but this one exceeded expectations. Clean, secure, and close to key landmarks. As someone who worked in hospitality, I value good service over fancy facilities, and the host delivered. He communicated clearly, checked in during my stay, and was quick to respond. I mixed up the checkout time with another booking and was still there when housekeeping arrived. I felt bad, but they were very professional and didn’t make it awkward at all, even though it likely affected their schedule. Great service, great stay. I’d definitely book again.

Excellent stay in New Polzeath. Easy access to local amenities. Having stayed in this apartment and other is the block a number of times over many years. Never disappointed! Lovely surroundings, quiet accommodation but only a short walk to Polzeath for surf and lovely food. Would thoroughly recommend for anyone who likes good surf and lots of places to eat and drink.

What an amazing place, accomodation was perfect, Sue is a great host . Very helpful with parking of our 2 vans . We had the perfect week of weather to site and chill . Can not recommend enough .

In Falmouth for work, and this was the perfect location. The apartment was clean and tidy and you also have your own parking space!

Great flat with easy access to everything in the centre of Woolacombe. Short walk to the beach (even with a surfboard!). Free parking. Easy to find and get access to the property. The flat is on the 3rd floor, but there aren't many steps and easy enough to get up there without any hassles. The flat is light and airy with good sized bedrooms and lounge/kitchen area. Nice touch with tea, coffee, milk, cereals and biscuits on arrival. Great communication and fantastic host will definitely be visiting again!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Julia’s apartment. A beautiful apartment in a wonderful location overlooking the golf course and beach. The apartment was immaculately clean and tidy, and really nicely laid out, exactly as described. Nice touches like fluffy towels and welcome biscuits - thank you! 🙏 Fistral Beach is stunning and Newquay is full of good restaurants. Free parking overnight in close proximity to the apartment. Julia is a very responsive and communicative host and nothing was a bother. Highly recommended all round.

Lovely apartment, great views, clean and useable, would recommend

Anna's apartment is a great base if you are visiting Newquay. We stayed for a month and felt right at home. It's in a great location to reach all the main parts of Newquay and the outside area with a separate entrance is great if you are surfing and bringing back boards and wetsuits. We had some issues with the internet speeds but Anna was always responsive and helped get things back online. Highly recommend!

Fantastic choice for a few days in Westward Ho! Excellent location making everything walkable was perfect. Very easy to check in and out with clear instructions. Definitely loved having the parking space would be key in high season. The apartment is so charming and inviting. It’s easy to feel right at the sea! Spacious inside with a well laid out plan. Loved the well stocked kitchen. The unit was peaceful bright and sunny which was just nice! Overall highly recommend bother apartment and Westward Ho! With its charming green, beaches, cafes and charm it’s just an overall lovely place. The apartment only enhances the experience!
