We had a wonderful stay with our baby and 2 small dogs! Beautiful home in a great location! It had everything we needed and more. It was so easy to get to downtown Charleston and the ride was beautiful and scenic. You can also walk to two great restaurants: Paisanos pizza and for breakfast the Smoky Yolk. We would love to stay here again and highly recommend it!

The house is in a very nice location in a quiet neighborhood. It’s very well maintained and squeaky clean. The location is very good because you’re not far away from anything. We stayed at the house on a work trip so I didn’t cook much however I did fix my breakfast & the kitchen was equipped with everything I needed. Our host was very responsive and we will definitely stay there again. Highly recommended.

My wife and I enjoyed staying at Laurence's for 4 nights. The neighborhood was quiet, family-friendly, and conveniently located to downtown Charleston with easy access to highways (airport, beach, and beyond!). Laurence and her family live next door, so we knew if we needed anything, she would be available. The house was clean, and the kitchen was well-stocked with nice utensils, glassware, plates, etc., without the clutter or used items we often encounter in other Airbnb's. Thank You, Laurence, for the bowl of fresh fruit, the welcoming note, and the bag of Starbucks Dark Roast! Though we only used one bedroom, the primary bedroom was spacious (with a couch), and the king-sized bed and bedding were very comfortable. We liked having the screened windows so we could enjoy the nightly breeze! The central A/C was nice, too, when needed. The bathroom (including towels) was clean, and the shower fit our needs. Should we return to Charleston, we would stay with Laurence again. :-)

It was super easy to find, close drive to downtown, Sullivan Island, Credit One Arena (we came for a concert ) Love that the parking was directly in front of the property. Great view from Living room and bedroom windows and deck. Very clear instructions for check- in / check - out. Would stay again.

My large family (which included 3 small kids) felt right at home during our stay. Even with our large group, this house was more than enough room. The pictures don’t do it justice. The location is A++ for a visit to Charleston or the surrounding areas. Would definitely stay here again!

We had a wonderful stay at Kathy’s place in Mt. Pleasant! The location is perfect — just a short drive to the beach, and super convenient to Whole Foods, great restaurants, and everything else you might need. The house itself is very spacious with plenty of room to spread out, and having multiple bathrooms was a huge plus for our group. One of our favorite features was the fully fenced backyard — perfect for relaxing outdoors or letting kids or pets play safely. Kathy was also incredibly responsive, answering any questions promptly and with kindness. Highly recommend staying here if you're looking for comfort, convenience, and a great Mt. Pleasant experience!

This is a great location, they have a little outdoor area tucked off the street with chairs and a table, that was a nice treat. Over all a perfect little place, except the bed and pull out were not very comfy. Still recommend if you are someone who can sleep anywhere. Stay duvet hosts were wonderful!

Megan and her family were the most incredible hosts I've ever experienced while using Air B&B. From activity recommendations, to parking passes, to what felt like 24/7 care, she and her sweet sweet family were an absolute dream to work with and hopefully see again soon! The house is stunning and had literally anything you would ever need while being completely gorgeous and chic in so many ways. Can't say enough great things about the home and Megan as a host! We will ABSOLUTELY be back soon!

This was a great place to stay. It was easily walkable to King Street plus lots of closer places including Coop, Holy Bagel, and Fuel. The private outdoor seating space was a nice bonus.

A beautiful apartment right in the middle of downtown Charleston. Walkable to everything you could want to see in the city and only a 30 minute drive to one of the beaches close by. Would highly recommend!

This place is undoubtedly one of the best accommodations we've ever stayed in. After staying at numerous Airbnb rentals, this one stands out as perfect. The scenery is stunning, the home is impeccably maintained, and the communication was both helpful and clear. We are returning to Folly in October, and without a doubt, we will rent this place again if it's available.

The space had an excellent vibe and a cozy, homey feel. Host was so easy to work with. The unit is well equipped and every detail was anticipated- ice molds, comfy blankets for the porch, and interesting reading material. We’re already planning a future return trip!

The location was incredible! Just off King Street but still quiet and comfortable. The porch was also a great way to relax. The checkout was very flexible so we could still enjoy seeing more of Charleston with our bags safely tucked away.

We stayed in the downstairs 2 bedroom unit A. The property is located not too far North from downtown taking approx 20-30 min to walk to the historical district. There is a small convenience store a block away and a very popular bagel / coffee shop right next door. Holey Bagels. This old home has been renovated with pretty colors, the kitchen and bathroom seemed new as well as the decor. As with any old home it has its quirks but it’s part of the Charleston Charm. The amenities provided are really nice, popcorn, dish soap, shampoo, conditioner, body soap, laundry pods, dishwasher pods to name the basics but the attention to details like, q tips, cotton pads & ear plugs are what sets an airbnb apart and the details are all there at Rutledge Retreat. It is important to note that one of the bedrooms is on the street and can be quite noisy even at night, with the traffic stopping at the red light and the fire trucks going by, the provided earplugs came in handy.

The place is beautiful and cozy, and in a nice neighborhood. The host is very kind, welcoming, and was very responsive! highly recommend!

Perfect space for a little getaway in Mt. Pleasant! Convenient location proximity wise to all the “hot spots”!

Kimber was a very responsive host who even took the time to learn why we were coming (medical appointment) and remembered that and wished us the best. During our stay, she checked on us in a non-imposing way that made us feel important. The condo is very much like others we have stayed in on Edisto Beach, so we knew what to expect and it didn’t disappoint. We also appreciated the no-pet/no-smoking policy which made for a cleaner environment. We will certainly be back! Thanks for being a great host, Kimber!! Hollie

Charlie was very friendly and gave clear instructions prior to our arrival. The place was clean and provided everything we needed. We especially enjoyed exploring the island using the bicycles provided with the unit!

This was the perfect Mommy-son getaway with my 2 year old. We loved walking to the beach, grabbing a bite to eat easily and having room to play inside. Everything was as described!

Great location with the pier, beach, access, and restaurants all within walking distance. The place was clean, cutely decorated, cozy, and the perfect place for the two of us to spend a few days. Elizabeth was responsive and friendly.

We are property owners in Wyndham Ocean Ridge, and are very familiar with the various condo groups in the resort. This particular unit was just what we needed for some overflow space for family members. It was tastefully decorated, super clean, and pretty spacious for a 2 bedroom condo. We have found that Driftwood can be hit or miss, but this unit exceeded our expectations. The owner was so very responsive and accommodating, and she covered everything in her detailed messages. It's always good when a condo has been renovated with nice bathrooms and kitchen appliances:) The only drawback was the noise level from the upstairs rental, which was addressed. That does happen when properties are not on the top floor...but so worth it in terms of the open floorplan of second floor condos in this complex. We will definitely consider this unit again when we need extra space for guests! Thanks, Dawn!

Owner very responsive , she is very considerate of giving us early check-in as soon as the property became available that day. Our expectation exceeded !
