Crows Nest is located on the Keuka Lake wine trail. It is next to Red Jacket Park and Morgan Marine on one side, Seasons on Keuka Lake on the other. Very close to Penn Yan/Yates County Airport and between the Main Deck restaurant and Route 54. The property is NOT water front. Keuka Lake is accessible thru Red Jacket Park and visible from the property, but not directly on the water. There is a sidewalk from the property to town for Guests who prefer to walk, approximately 1 mile to Village center

Beautiful patio area that overlooks Three Bears Complex. Updated and sparkling clean. One upstairs queen size memory foam bed. One downstairs queen size sofa memory foam bed. Upstairs bath w/ stand up shower. Full kitchenette. Washer and dryer. Walking distance to all village amenities.

Cozy Apt. Very Quiet & Private

The Apt. is a quiet, clean & cozy 400 sq. ft. with a full kitchen. The bathroom is furnished with a shower/tub. The toilet is a SELF CONTAINED COMPOSTING unit. The sleeping area has a very comfortable queen sized bed. This is a working farm. I have machinery & farm related equipment in the vicinity of the Apt. You may expect sometimes to hear & see the machinery moving during the day The Apt. has 2 entrances, it's own w/deck & one through the attached barn where I store some small equipment.

Seneca Falls, Watkins Glen and Ithaca are all within a 25-35 min drive. This area is know for it's wineries, breweries, cideries, and distilleries. In addition to this we have fantastic eateries, food trucks, cheese, ice cream shops and an incredible music scene! The house is centrally-located, quiet, and a peaceful place to relax in-between your day trips.

Seneca Lake is on the other side of the village of Willard (~1mi drive), Watkins Glen, Geneva, and Seneca Falls are all within a 25-min drive, and Ithaca is ~35-mins away.
