A newly remodeled guest suite features an exposed brick fireplace and more classic details, offset by neutral, relaxing hues and organically refined accents. The open-plan suite is roomy and airy, with plenty of natural light and room for 4 guests. Covid-19 enhanced cleaning protocol has been implemented. A large suite with large bathroom and large closet, fire place, hardwood floors and tons of bright light located on the ground floor of the main house with private entrance, breakfast/dining area that seats four and sitting area for watching TV. Queen size pillow top bed and a queen size Sofa-Bed with Air Mattress pillow top. The unit includes large counter kitchen with mini refrigerator, KEURIG coffeemaker, microwave, Hot-plate and fully stocked with dishes, cutlery, pots & pans. The house has central Air condition/heater, free Wifi, 50” wall mounted TV with DirecTV, Apple-TV, Netflix and Amazon Prime. Easy access from the side of the house, through a very spacious well-lit walkway with outside sitting area and private keyless entrance (code provided by owner). Located on the westside of LA, Cheviot Hills is a quiet, centrally located neighborhood close to Century City, Beverly Hills, Westwood, and Culver City. Within walking distance to the Metro, for easy access to Santa Monica, Venice, USC, UCLA, and Downtown. Located within walking distance (1 mile) to Fox Studios and Metro Expo line for a quick ride to Downtown LA, USC and Santa Monica. • We have two adult dogs and occasional barking may occur.

Self Checkin (door code). 5 min to LAX. 4 min to Westchester restaurants and shops. Upstairs studio apartment (in-laws suite) with a private entrance (not shared with anyone) and parking in driveway. King bed. TV has NETFLIX and AMAZON TV. Apartment has towels, shampoo, toothpaste, toothbrushes, hairdryer, iron. We live downstairs and can provide anything else that you may need. The apartment does not have a kitchen but does have a small area with a microwave and a coffee machine (see pic).

It is too small for families.

Classic LA Mediterranean w/ City Views

I love being a host! My partner and I purchased our home in 2018 and are restoring her little by little. This is one of the historic homes in the neighborhood and we are doing our best to bring her back to life. One interesting fact about the home, Mike Love, of the Beach Boys, lived here as a teenager and wrote a song about the property that was recorded on the Holland album. I am stunned by the views across the city to downtown LA every time I see them. Hope you will stay with us!

Twenty minutes by car you are at the beach, downtown, Universal Studios, Walk of Fame and so much more! Buses on every main corner too.

Originally an artist's studio, the space is filled with art and books, making it the perfect place to relax and enjoy.

Welcome to Historic View Park! Enjoy a private master suite on the first floor with its own entrance, bathroom, and shower. Relax with stunning views of Downtown LA and the Hollywood Sign, plus private walkway access to the pool. The suite is fully closed off from the main house for complete privacy. Wonderful, Quiet, Modern Suite in the Del Rey area adjacent to the Silicon Beach in Playa Vista. Outdoor private sundeck with teak table. The private entrance on the side of the main house for the suite. Walking distance to Marina Del Rey (15 min). Venice Beach (10 min. drive) to Venice Beach and Santa Monica. 10 minutes to LAX.
