This is a self contained studio adjacent to our home - the kitchenette does not include an oven or stovetop however there is a Weber baby BBQ, a toaster, microwave, fridge and sandwich maker. Forget your worries in this private and spacious renovated lower level. Just steps away from Cocora beach. Studio living area with private bathroom, queen bed, lounge, TV with Netflix, dining table, fridge, microwave, toaster, kettle and an outdoor BBQ and fire pit. Upstairs is occupied by Jayde, Daniel and their toddler, who work full-time and spend their free time diving. Scuba, snorkelling and freediving packages, plus equipment hire is available with Dive Eden.

Karbeethong Hill

‘Karbeethong Hill’ is a completely SC private one bedroom unit with QS bed. Ensuite, fully equipt kitchen/living room. The apartment has fantastic views overlooking the lake and Howe Range with garden furniture and barbecue on the private deck. All bed linen and towels, tea/coffee making machine and coffee pods supplied. This home is on the top of Karbeethong hill so there are stairs to access the unit, very manageable with handrails and good night lighting.

Welcome to Whale Tail Beach House: a pet-friendly haven with recently renovated interiors and stunning ocean views. Nestled by the National Park, it ensures privacy with direct bush access to the Pambula River. The spacious veranda offers a front-row seat for whale watching from May to November. Two dog-friendly beaches are within a 5-minute walk, and the tranquil Pambula River Mouth is nearby for a leisurely day by the water. Your coastal retreat awaits!

Belle Vue Apartment - Merimbula home with a view

Belle Vue apartment, located 1,2km from the town center, has spectacular views overlooking Lake and Bay area, 65 meters above sea level. The boardwalk is just 7 minutes away. You will be greeted with wine and a snack. A light breakfast provided of muesli, milk, toast, butter, jam and honey. This apartment is located beneath the owner’s home. There are 2 long flights of stairs down to the apartment, guests need to be fit.
