Joanne truly has earn the title of super host. Detail instructions to locate her place with pictures to help avoid missing her location. The place is as described and my biggest disappointment was Mother Nature which decided to delay spring like weather so didn’t really get to take in the lake experience. My visit was on 4/10-4/13. Rain/snow mix decided to return.Joanne is quick to address any questions and has all the basics needed for your stay. Kitchen equipped with coffee maker and supplies. For the folks staying in to prepare meals pots and seasonings on deck. Joanne’s place is a can’t miss and ideal as well if looking to travel into Boston as we did on this stay.

We really enjoyed our stay at the lake house. Beautiful property, peaceful and right on the lake. Brittni was very responsive and the instructions for check in and check out were easy to follow. Would definitely stay again.

Nice place to stay near the lake, and with a few other amenities that families will appreciate (trampoline, basketball area, etc).

James is Great post even a better man he has a wonderful place and it's very comfortable and located in a gray area he was very attentive to my needs and it was far beyond my expectations. I would stay here again in a heartbeat.

The house was comfy. Great places to eat within walking distance. The view, absolutely beautiful. If you are looking for a place to get away and relax, this is the place.

Our stay at the Magic Lake house was wonderful. There is plenty of room, it is very well stocked with games, books, toys, and yard games, and the lake was beautiful to kayak. We enjoyed cooking out, sitting by the fire pit in the evenings, and hanging out on the deck. Such a great place to visit with family. Hannah and Dave were very timely in sending information and answering any questions we had. We would definitely stay there again!

We were delighted with the property and it was perfect for my wife and I. The house is small but the use of space is excellent. There is ample living space, bedrooms, dining and kitchen. The space seems bigger because it flow out onto a patio that connects to a veranda. There is even a fire pit if you are so in inclined. We had meals outside and enjoyed the adirondack chairs on the dock. They provided kayaks that we used everyday, the lake was like glass and so peaceful. Nearby are plenty of restaurants. We also ventured to Peterborough and to a local apple orchard for picking apples and freshly made cider donuts. This stay exceeded expectations.

5 of us stayed at Michelle’s place for 2 nights for my 2 year olds birthday and my 5 year olds spring break. It was the perfect place to stay with the kids as they LOVED the play room and all the toys. We took a day trip to Great Wolf Lodge which was only 25 mins away. We also went for a nice hike at Dunn State Park that was 15 mins away. The kids had a great vacation and the adults enjoyed the beautiful lake views and hot tub. We would definitely stay again.

The house worked extremely well for our family. We all had breakfast together and that was great. Having everyone stay together was great given the variety of bedrooms and bathrooms. I learned not to be the last one taking a shower as some used the hot water before me. We did not have the opportunity to use the lake or surroundings as we had a funeral to attend, but seeing the lake while eating breakfast was beautiful with the sun shining on the lake. We saved a lot of money versus 4 motel rooms for 2 nights.

A fantastic getaway on the quiet and peaceful Lake Tully, complete with all the amenities you could need. We took the canoe and kayaks out and had a great time catching bass. The spacious backyard gave the kids plenty of room to run and play, and the hot tub was a great bonus. We would absolutely stay here again!

If you're looking for serenity in a GORGEOUS atmosphere, do yourself a favor and stay here. The pond (it's a lake IMO, but it's technically a pond on Google Maps) is BEAUTIFUL. The available petal boat, canoes and other water craft are a wonderful amenity to have there. Sitting on the dock, enjoying the ducks swim and fly by was the highlight of my morning. The property is WELL hidden in the woods. It's on a steep-ish slope, so if you think it's not there, just keep driving down the hill. :) This house included EVERYTHING that we needed. We just brought clothes and food. I suggest ordering at the Walmart in West Boylston and picking up groceries on your way in. We didn't get to eat/shop at the ice cream/market nearby, but it looked super cute. There are also a few other markets nearby that sold all sorts of yummy, local harvests. My son LOVED the inside swing; there are about fiddy-'leven board games; and the wooden blocks, LEGO and kids books were a very welcome addition. A GEM!

We couldn’t have asked for better accommodations. Ron was extremely friendly and helpful. The location is amazing and close to amenities. We will definitely be a repeat guest
