Really enjoyed our stay! Apartment was extremely clean and looked just like the pictures. Super short walk to all the restaurants and bars. Highly recommend would definitely stay again!

We had a great stay in Lilia’s apartment! Communication was great beforehand and during our stay. Apartment just as it looks in the photos- spotless and clean and very homely with everything you need. The location was really good too- and super quiet. Easy parking right outside too. We loved the quick access to the beach! Would definitely recommend a stay here and would happily visit again.

Pascal was a great host and his apartment was beautiful, very clean and well located. We could walk everywhere from there and the ocean was just steps away. I have never seen an apartment so well equipped, lots of towels, everything I needed to cook, it was just perfect. Pascal even called to check up on us to make sure everything was good. I definitely recommend this apartment and I won’t hesitate to go back again. Thanks for everything Pascal

La zona de Javea donde está ubicado el apartamento es fantástica, tienes acceso muy fácil y cómodo tanto a la playa de rocas como a la de arena. Muy próxima al Arenal, donde hay multitud de tiendas y restaurantes, pero a la vez muy tranquila, sin ruidos molestos por la noche. La urbanización tiene una piscina grande y cómoda, si vas con niños también hay una pequeñita. El apartamento es muy cómodo, todas las estancias son holgadas, está muy cuidado y limpio. Tiene dos terrazas con buenas vistas, que además generan muy buena ventilación, así que también es un apartamento fresco.

A hidden gem! We were in the area for a three day wedding and were so glad to have stumbled upon Regina’s home in Orba. It was fairly remote so very peaceful by the pool and had stunning views (and super comfy lounge chairs). The apartment was very clean and had all the amenities we needed. Regina was the most lovely host - thank you for an amazing stay.

We visited Erlinde's place in Cala Advocat during part of the Easter break. The area had a calm atmosphere, a beautiful coastal walk, and many lovely calas and beaches to relax on. The apartment was perfect for the three of us, and the outdoor area felt very private—ideal for long breakfasts and dinners. Erlinde was quick to respond and followed up promptly on any issues we had. When we arrived later than expected, she kindly waited for us to check in. I would highly recommend both the apartment and Erlinde as a host.

This is one of the best equipped, cleanest and convenient holiday rentals my family and I have ever stayed in. In addition, the pool was a real treat! There are great beaches, restaurants and bars nearby. The local supermarkets are also good quality. Walter and Ruth were very pleasant, helpful and very quick to respond to any questions we had about the flat and the area. Would absolutely recommend!

The location is fantastic. An easy walk to the Arenal and the boardwalk. Easy walk to the port. What a great location! I'd buy the place if she sold it!! We love being outside so it was perfect and great to come back to for homemade tapas on the upper terrace with Sangria & beer.

Un apartamento perfecto para 2, muy tranquilo y decorado con mucho gusto. La poscina de uso compartido es una zona muy tranquila perfecta para darte un baño al volver de la playa.. Martin y Willem fueron muy amables y atentos.

On our arrival we were met by Claudia who not only introduced us to the apartment but who was a great help with carrying our belongings into the apartment. We had come by car and were here for 3 months so there were a lot of things! We had to contact her once, for a small matter, and she was here within the hour. It was good to know that help was at hand if needed. Helmut and Roberta were welcoming when we met them a couple of times and replied swiftly to any queries that we had. The apartment was as advertised and beautifully clean on our arrival. Although it is in the middle of town there isn’t much noise and the double glazing is excellent. As well as being a beautiful apartment the situation is ideal within a couple of minutes walk to the seafront, to the Ampolla beach, to 2 small supermarkets, numerous shops, restaurants and bars. If you come by car safe,free parking is available nearby but with everything you need to hand you won’t be needing to use it daily. We shall return !

This apartment is in a super location, away from the 'party' scene, but walkable to some good restaurants and shops. Parking was included and easy to use. We had a car part of our stay (two months) and walked everywhere the other times. Just down the street is a great hiking area with amazing views, and each tuesday and saturday there is a fantastic street market just a block away. The flat was super clean, the balcony was nice and everything worked just perfectly. We'd stay here again when visit the area in the future.

Sehr netter Kontakt und super Kommunikation zum Check-Inn. Der Ausblick vom Apartment auf die Stadt Benidorm in der Nacht einfach magisch. Das Apartment ist sehr gut und modern ausgestattet, es gibt alles was man benötigt. Als Highlight ist der Whirlpool zu erwähnen. Die Anlage hat zudem eine kleine Sauna und auch 3 Pools für den Sommer ideal und es gibt immer einen Parkplatz. Es wird aber auf jeden Fall ein Auto benötigt um Einkaufen zu können ( 5min mit dem Auto alles vorhanden) und die ganzen schönen Städte im Umkreis zu besuchen (Altea, Calpe, Alicante etc.) Wir würden dieses Airbnb wieder buchen und können es uneingeschränkt weiter empfehlen.

Meget flott sted. Leiligheten er av nyere dato og meget høy standard. Eneste som kan kunne hvert bedre var at sengene var veldig harde, men vi overlevde. Beliggenheten var fenomenal med 20 meter til stranden og gang avstand til alt du trenger samt gamlebyen. Deilig oppvarmet pool og flott pool område med bar som serverer kvalitets øl og sprit.

We stayed 2nd - 5th May A gorgeous very comfortable spotless apartment. Loads of storage and very well equipped. The lovely Juan checked and settled us in. Seamless from start to finish. Wonderful hosts and we’ll defo be back 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟

This is a beautiful unit, clean and very spacious a with a lovely view of the sea. You will need a car to get around as there are no services within walking distance but the beach is a very short walk and you can spend your entire day on the units decks and hot tubs. Outdoor pool was closed for the season but it looks very nice and clean.

We had a fantastic stay at Rafal’s flat in Finestrat! The apartment is modern, tastefully decorated, and incredibly well equipped — especially the kitchen, which made cooking meals a real pleasure. One of the highlights was definitely the hot tub — it was the perfect way to unwind in the evenings after the kids went to bed. Although it was spring and a bit too cool to use the outdoor pools, the resort is very complete and includes a great indoor pool, which was ideal for the one rainy day we had. Check-in and check-out were seamless, thanks to Juan, who was also very helpful in sharing recommendations for local places to visit. I honestly couldn’t fault this property and would come back without hesitation. Thanks so much, Rafal and Juan!

Our stay was absolutely perfect. The apartment was something else, very high end for excellent value, this apartment will take your breath away, the views from the balcony were amazing, daily changing panoramic views. Very private settings with great security including a concierge. The indoor swimming pool overlooking the Ocean was breathtaking too. Rafal and Juan were very tentative making sure our check in was smooth as possible.

This place is amazing, we will be back here! The host is very kind and helpful, the area is quiet and very lovely!
