Great Centro Location, Style & Magnificent Views

Magnificent views & location. Directly above the Parque Juarez and down from the Mirador lookout. Just a few blocks away from the main square. Our home is set behind and above another property, allowing for a tranquil and private setting, while enjoying stunning panoramic views of the center of San Miguel, its churches and the distant countryside. The four levels of this property allow for a clear definition of the space, yet terraced into one another, creating a feeling of amplitude while benefiting from lush greenery from the surrounding trees and walls covered with vines. Multiple terraces and fountains set the tone for a relaxing atmosphere in the clean bright interiors that are reminiscent of the Mediterranean. On the main level you will find the living room, dining room, and fully equipped kitchen with whole house water purification system, as well as a balcony and the guest bedroom with en suite bath. Below there is a private garden with a studio providing the perfect atmosphere for artistic creation. The master bedroom, located upstairs, is amazing and is wide and open. The centrally located king size bed faces the view, french doors and balcony. The en suite bathroom has a large shower and skylight above. Just off of the bedroom is an en-suite office providing internet and wifi throughout the house and overlooking the XVII Century Chapel of the Holy Cross of Chorro, the second most historical setting of San Miguel de Allende. Directly above the master bedroom you will find the most awe-inspiring view of San Miguel from the sunning terrace or the comfort of a large shaded terrace. Enjoy a sunset cocktail or espresso from the rooftop bar as you relax and take in the view. I will work with you on all the details prior to your arrival. Once in San Miguel, our house manager, Jose, is in town and available. Esmeralda, our housekeeper, will be by 3 times a week on Tuesdays, Thursdays and Saturdays, typically around 9 am.

The stunningly beautiful Penthouse apartment is the jewel of this 300 year old colonial property- only 2 1/2 blocks from the Parroquia. Spectacular views in a secure location featuring 2 private terraces. A short flat stroll to restaurants, art galleries, language schools, library, colorful boutiques and more. Parades are frequent. There is often music in the evening in the Jardin. Alice will be happy to direct you, make suggestions about outings, and even change your dollars to pesos! Enjoy!

A sólo 10 minutos del centro de San Miguel, mis cabañas son una gran opción para quienes quieren llevar a cabo más actividades que las tradicionales en el Centro. Estamos cerca a las vías del tren, que pasa dos o tres veces por día.
