1 Bedroom Annex Retreat - on a working farm

This one bedroom annex is part of a 200 year old barn conversion. Based in the Nidderdale area of outstanding natural beauty, the accommodation has its own private access and garden with seating area, internally the annex can accommodate 2 people and one friendly dog,unfortunately we can't accept Labradors due to the shedding of there coats, (please ensure you register your dog when booking). We are surrounded by wildlife, please look at other details for a list of birds an Ornithologist spotted

The Orchid

Explore Northallerton, and the beauty of North Yorkshire, then retreat to your own quiet little pad. 'The Orchid' is a cosy, self-contained, stand alone guest space, neatly tucked away behind the main house. Inside is a fully equipped kitchen and shower room. With one double bedroom, and a double sofa bed in the lounge, The Orchid could sleep up to 4 people. Private side access through a coded gate. Fully enclosed (shared) garden, with bistro/ seating area. 10 minutes walk to the town centre.

North Yorkshire village-The Studio escape

The Studio provides a cosy, quiet escape for one or two people, in a pretty Yorkshire village with a 2 minute walk to an award winning Pub. It is self contained and benefits from it's own private entrance with key safe, off street parking, king sized bed, sofa seating and dining/work area, TV, good WiFi connection, modern shower room and access to a large garden. 15mins drive from the historic market towns of Northallerton and Richmond and close to the Dales and the Moors, Harrogate and York.

Spinney Cottage, Pateley Bridge

Spinney Cottage is a beautifully restored home located just outside the town of Pateley Bridge in Nidderdale, a short drive from the Yorkshire Dales and Harrogate. Built in 1883 and full of characterful features such as woodburning stove and exposed stone walls, the Cottage is very well equipped with BBQ, firepit, and outdoor seating. Set in 4 acres of gardens and woodland, guests can make the most of our peaceful location. Ideal for walkers, cyclists and those looking for a calming retreat.

A large open plan living area with kitchen and large island and beautiful views over open countryside. Ground floor is fully under floor heated, with a separate second lounge area, separate utility room and downstairs shower room. The market town of Northallerton is 5 minutes drive away with a vibrant high street with restaurants, coffee shops, bars, cinema, supermarkets and a train station.

A perfect cosy cottage to explore the Dales, close to Masham, Richmond, Northallerton, just 10 mins off the A1. Plenty of walks. Tuesday market. Saturday car boot, monthly artisan market. Ideally placed for the polar express trains. The cottage has two bedrooms one with kingsize zip and link bed and one with two single beds. No smoking/Vaping No pets allowed

Our covered, 7 seat hot tub allows you to relax in all weather in the privacy of your own garden area. As we live here you may sometimes hear our children playing. We do not offer WIFI as the signal is unreliable. You can hot spot the smart tv from your phone or use the dvds provided.
