Kitchenette is small consisting of fridge (10cf), table/chair, microwave, hot plate, coffee maker, toaster oven. only sink is bathroom sinks. Large closet as well. Private fenced deck. Very scheduled property away from city noise and crime but minutes to Yakima.

Our studio is on the second floor in the 1889 Kleinberg building, that we’ve fully restored and renovated and placed on the National Register of Historic Places. Its location allows for easy walking to restaurants, wine bars, brew pubs, galleries, museums, shopping and is only 6 blocks away from CWU.
