With views of rolling fields in all directions and the fabulous Kings Arms Pub less than 50m away (roaring fires, wholesome food and great beer), Streamside also benefits from a private patio and a shared garden to relax and enjoy the stream

The Pod at Springwater is a unique, handcrafted property set up amongst the trees. It has two bedrooms: one double, with a large window and a view into the trees and the smaller, twin room, with offset bunk beds. The living room has a smart tv. There's also a well equipped bathroom with a great shower. Downstairs is accessed through a trapdoor in the floor to the kitchen or the fun way via the tube slide. Double doors open onto the backyard, which has an outdoor fireplace, pizza oven and bbq.

Country House on a Farm

Converted barn in 100 acres of land. A home from home crammed with books, games and toys. Easily accommodates at least 10 people comfortably. The garden, pond, woods and parking areas are all exclusively yours for the stay. We live up the lane from the barn. So you have privacy. We have chickens, ducks, Sheep and pigs on the farm. 5 mins drive from J28 of the M5. 20mins from Exeter centre. Not near any good beaches so don't choose us for a beach holiday. There is no spa or hot tub.

Mannings Cottage is a lovely country cottage that offers an ideal base to explore both the nearby coastline and stunning Devon countryside. The cottage has lots of character whilst also providing modern accommodation and a large private garden and outdoor seating. It is located in the charming village of Stockland, which is surrounded by fabulous Devon countryside. Our friendly local pub, The Kings Arms, is a few minutes stroll away from the cottage. Otter Rise is the perfect rural retreat for extended families, a romantic escape for couples or for families with children. We are sorry but we are not able to accommodate work groups. There is a cosy log burner in the lounge, underfloor heating in all rooms, a well-equipped kitchen and utility room, a family bathroom and two very comfortable bedrooms one has a double bed and en-suite shower room, the other has two single beds which can easily convert to a king size bed.

Access is via a gate and mown path across a field. Please note: there is no vehicle access to the cottage.
