The property comprises; open plan lounge/fitted kitchen/diner, a large kingsize bedroom and separate family bathroom with walk-in shower on the first floor. A further loft bedroom has twin beds (or joined as a superking) and a further single bed. *The private car park is not immediately adjacent to the property so there is no accessible electric charging point for electric cars.

Cosy cottage just off Yarm High Street, with living area and kitchen and a little yard downstairs! The upstairs has two bedrooms one large double and one single but the sigle bed can be pulled out into a double to accommodate more guests! If you’d like any more information, please ask.Black out blinds fitted to make it more cosy , and the kiddies won’t wake up to early
