A secluded slice of heaven on 37 acres located between Lysterfield Lake Park and Cardinia Reserviour. 10 minutes from the beautiful Dandenong Ranges, and Puffing Billy. Two luxurious 5metre bell tents, with a Queen bed in each, all linen, blankets & towels, Each tent can accommodate an extra 3 single beds for children. Extra beds are $25 per night. The cute bush hut bathroom has a flushing toilet and hot shower. The camp kitchen overlooks the dam and 50m slippery slide. *min 2 night stay.

Your hot tub, set in the privacy of the rear garden & sunset from the adjacent walking path. Easy walk to Harbour, local shops/restaurants, Blues Train & beach. This downstairs apartment is centrally located in Emerald, and is only a short walk to cafes, bakeries, restaurants, pubs, shops, Emerald Lake, Emerald market and Puffing Billy. In summer, float down the river in a blow-up tube and on cool nights put your feet up by the wood fire or have a sauna by the river. THIS IS A 2 BEDROOM house which sleeps 6ppl (Entire home). An EXTRA 4 ppl can be accommodated externally to the main house. The A frame hut sleeps two (unheated). An additional 2pp riverside bungalow room with french doors and it’s own deck by the river. Book for 8 people to unlock all rooms. No pets, no parties or camping. Quite after 12am.

Fall asleep to the sound of the river and wake up to birdsong, set on 3 acres, with no neighbours in sight you can enjoy the tranquility of this stunning property. A perfect couples retreat as well as a terrific family home, with an incredible cubby house, flying fox and plenty of room for kids and pets to play.

Enjoy a relaxing holiday at Villa Casetta. Situated on the Esplanade within a short walk to Hawker Beach and the Mornington Bay Trail. Wander along to Mount Martha Village for breakfast or dine in one of the popular restaurants and wineries in the area. This property is great for couples or a small family. Our property is located directly across a busy road to the beach. Therefore you will encounter road noise during the day and early evening.
