There is no running water, however a portable restroom is at the cabin. 12V lighting and USB ports for charging phones. Enjoy the scenic views from the outdoor fire pit or screened in porch! All children under the age of 16 must be accompanied by an adult when playing near the pond or swimming .The front porch is screened so guests can sit & enjoy the outdoors but be protected. There are countless wineries & breweries that start at 5 miles away. Kueka Lake State Park is 6 miles away. Grimes Glen in Naoles is 10 miles.

Many wineries and microbreweries within 20 minutes. This listing is a main cabin and an apartment over the garage that we rent together. Absolutely no hunting or firearms allowed due to liability concerns. No ATVS, UTVS, Motorcycles allowed on trails due to insurance liability. No Parking on grass.
