It is only minutes from many wineries and only 15 minutes from watkins glen. The house has a full kitchen with cooking basics and a k-cup coffee maker 3 bedrooms with king size beds. A stream flowing right through the back yard. There are toys and games and a hot tub. There's some noise from the traffic on rte 14 but peaceful otherwise.

The wifi is decent, but we recommend that you don't use, because it's best to sit lakeside and watch the stars!

Many wineries and microbreweries within 20 minutes. This listing is a main cabin and an apartment over the garage that we rent together. Absolutely no hunting or firearms allowed due to liability concerns. No ATVS, UTVS, Motorcycles allowed on trails due to insurance liability. No Parking on grass.
