It is only minutes from many wineries and only 15 minutes from watkins glen. The house has a full kitchen with cooking basics and a k-cup coffee maker 3 bedrooms with king size beds. A stream flowing right through the back yard. There are toys and games and a hot tub. There's some noise from the traffic on rte 14 but peaceful otherwise.

Keuka lake is one of the beautiful finger lakes. A crystal clear, cold water glacier lake. 21 miles long, and in some places 185 feet deep. Beautiful views and many excellent wineries surround the lake. Excellent water sports, boating, kayaking, swimming, fishing, and hiking. Excellent restaurants surround the shoreline. Much fun for all! All seasons are beautiful. Even winter, the warm, new house, surrounded by bare trees and maybe some snow is a very kool place to enjoy life!

Welcome to Keuka lake in this beautiful home that boasts 3 master suites. The living room has a panoramic view of Keuka Lake. There is a deck off the top floor and a patio off the first floor to sit and enjoy the lake view as well. From the downstairs patio you are only a few steps to the beach. At the end of the dock the lake is only 3 feet deep so it’s excellent for swimming. Everything in this house is new and very clean. We are a mile from downtown Penn Yan.
