Tons of fruit trees (fig, plum, cherry, apple, pear, apricot, peach) provide a bounty of fruit and shade. Only a 2 minute walk down to the creek!

Enjoy historic downtown flagstaff and home of NAU just 9 miles away. The drive to the grand Canyon is just 90 minutes away. perfect get away for summer, or winter.
