This home is located at the end of a dead end road bordering the vast forest service land which creates a quiet, peaceful, and private place to stay. This home is also conveniently located 25 minutes from the West Entrance of Yellowstone National Park and only 5 minutes to our brand new grocery store Sam Patch Co. LITERALLY on the RIVER.Just under 2 acres of private land and private river access. You will have a hard time wanting to leave. Breathtaking views right from the couch. Enjoy leaving the large door open, closing the screen door, and listening to the river all night long. BBQ or enjoy a fire while resting from the day's adventure. If you know how to fish, it is a fun place to wade and throw in a line. About 60 minutes to Yellowstone and 1 hour 30 to Grand Teton NP. Hot Tub and listen to the river

"1902 Stonehouse" is one of the original houses in Gardiner. Lovingly restored and restyled , the first floor has 9 foot ceilings ,and original wood floors. The living room has 2 comfy leather couches and a large TV screen (for your streaming). 8 foot barn doors separate the LR from the light filled dining room.
