everything was great . close to cascade. the sound of metro ends after 00:00. so not a big deal . The garden was serene. house was super clean

Хороший дом недалеко от центра Еревана. На такси без пробок минут 10. Рядом метро, супермаркет и торговые ряды. Жили 10 человек, все прекрасно поместились, даже остались свободные места. В целом понравилось, приехали бы ещё. Первый день было холодно, но потом дом прогрелся и можно было ходить хоть в шортах-футболке даже при -10 на улице. Хозяин сразу отреагировал, достал дополнительный обогреватель для комнаты без отопления. Но немного о минусах. Берите сразу все тапочки, дом не настолько чистый, чтобы ходить в носках или голыми ногами. Посуду тоже пришлось всю перемыть перед использованием. Слышимость довольно сильная. Если в столовой кто-то громко разговаривает, то, по крайней мере в двух комнатах на втором этаже, всё прекрасно слышно. Из приятных сюрпризов - стабильная горячая вода. Нечасто встретишь в Армении. Обычно очень тяжело настраивать душ на идеальную температуру, здесь всё отлично

Nariné's place was really good ! we were 4, the rooms were good, the appartment had a stunning view on Mount Ararat and really 2 minutes from Cascade. Nariné was also a great host, very helpful and responsive!

Eine sehr schöne Wohnung, tolle Lage . Ist aber nicht für jemanden, der schlecht zu Fuß sei , viele Treppen. Sehr ruhige Lage , trotzdem sehr zentral und einen sehr liebe und freundliche Gastgeberin, wir dürfen sogar morgens um 6:00 Uhr einchecken, vielen Dank nochmal dafür.

Our stay with Tigran was absolutely flawless. The property was spotless, well equipped, and exactly as described, providing everything we needed for a comfortable and relaxing visit. Communication was prompt and friendly, making check in a breeze – we couldn’t have asked for a better experience!

Marina’s home is just a gem! Right at the city center but in such a quiet place as it has a private courtyard. We felt like home in her apartment, we had everything we needed at our disposal and more. She is always ready to help you if you need anything. Really perfect location. Highly recommended! I will definitely refer her to friends who want to go to Yerevan and will try to get it next time I come to Armenia.

Очень отзывчивый хозяин, помог нам с заселением и с детскими вещами, премного ему благодарны. В течение всего проживания помогал и с инструкциями, и с уборкой, и настройками в помещении.

We had an incredible time here (5 weeks). This is a super modern apartment in a new building in a quiet, peaceful, safe, and less polluted area of Yerevan (higher in elevation by a few hundred meters compared to the center where all of the air pollution collects). The photos correspond exactly to how the apartment looks in real life, so I will only mention what you can't see in the photos. The bed's mattress is quite comfortable (not too hard and not too soft), even though it's just a double bed. The couch and chairs are very comfortable. All of the appliances (heating, water, washing machine, drying machine [!!!], coffee machine, toaster, microwave, blender, espresso machine [!!!], etc.) were super new and worked perfectly. Food delivery and taxi apps worked very well. The host Anna was absolutely outstanding!!! She was prompt and helped us with any questions or requests we had. She even installed *additional* dark window blinds upon our request, which was amazing for us night owls.

This apartment was perfect and had everything I needed. Very close to multiple supermarkets and pharmacies all within 3 minute walk. The mega mall is also only 15 minute walk away. Great location and a great responsive host.

This location was perfect for us and the host was very responsive and helpful. We will be back and hope to stay here again.

Very nice place near the city center, the residential complex is very calm and safe. There were available parking spots right in front of the building. The host was very responsive at all times and helped us with everything. Highly recommended!

Yerevan is a beautiful city. The apartment is in such a great location with shops, sights, bars and restaurants in abundance within walking distance. The apartment itself is well laid out, clean and comfortable. I would highly recommend and would not hesitate in booking here again. The only thing I would say is to not judge a book by it's cover. Like many apartment blocks I've found in Armenia and Georgia is they do look quite poor from the outside but the inside of them is like a different world. Do not be put off by this.

And I came back again because this is a place that I am very impressed with. I recommend it 100%.

We really liked the apartment. Each bedroom has its own spacious bathroom, and two of the rooms have large windows with city views. The apartment is well-equipped not just for a short stay, but for a longer one as well — it has everything from pots and pans to cleaning supplies. There’s also a washing machine, a large garment steamer, and an iron. The location is excellent — just a 3-minute walk to the Cascade: we was definitely in the center of the city, but in quite private and peaceful area. There were seven of us, and we did feel that the common area (guest room) could use more seating — a larger couch or a couple of armchairs would’ve been great. Overall, highly recommend this place!

The apartment was absolutely gorgeous and perfect not just for a stay, but even for living! We were five people, and there was more space than we needed, which made us feel very comfortable. It had all the amenities we could need, and even coffee, sugar, and water which is really rare. The location is great, and the apartment has a wonderful atmosphere. Värden har uppskattat att vi meddelat och varit i kontakt under vistelsen när det har behövts. Lägenheten är välutrustad med kökstillbehör och rengöringsprodukter. AC:n fungerar bra och ventilationen i badrummet likaså. Beskrivningen och bilderna stämmer överens med verkligheten.

Чудесная квартира, близко к центру и в то же время в довольно спокойном районе. В пешей доступности основные достопримечательности, а также супермаркеты и рестораны. Маргарита очень гостеприимная, пошла на встречу с очень ранним заездом, и также с тем чтобы продлить проживание еще на один день. Квартира очень хорошая, большая, видно что все сделано и обставлено как для себя, с душой. Спасибо большое, поездка в Ереван благодаря остановке в таком уютном месте стала еще лучше!
