Sasadara Villa in Jogja is an excellent and worthwhile place to stay. The villa is exceptionally clean and has a pleasant fragrance. It offers complete amenities, making it a comfortable choice. I truly love this villa and will definitely book it again whenever I return to Jogja. p.s. mas Aji is really helpful.

The host was helpful and flexible even mthough we arrived at 3pm via train in Jogja. The place was easy to find by Grabcar, the access was easy. We had a great time at Sifa's with all amenities complete for our short vacation needs. We rented motorcycles in Jogja and there are ample parking space in front of the house. Its not near the busy and noisy part of the town, but yet still close to everywhere. Highly recommended

I really happy stay in this place, super clean modern and the best part is this villa have big and clean swinging pool. The place is really strategic and easy to find. Every room have air condition enough bathroom and complete kitchen set. The important things is the villa is enough lighting and not creepy at all. Super comfy and if I come back in jogja I will definitely come back in this villa! Thank you for the experience my family also happy stay here 💖🫶🏻

It was such a satisfying stay here at Alterstay. The host was very responsive, they even created a WA group to make sure they provided good services. The rooms were clean, and so did the bathrooms. Our big family fit in this huge villa, the kids were happy too. However, it was a bit tricky to order food delivery services since the address is a bit confusing. You just need to give a right instruction and direction to the driver. 10/10 would comeback and recommend if you are in jogja with a big group!

I stay here for 2 days and everything was meet my expectation, host was very helpful, very homey, hot water sometimes on and off. Cleanliness can be improve. Location is not too crowded and not far from tourist area. Pricewise is worth it. If there is a karaoke and smart tv this would be complete package.

Tempat menginap yang sangat nyaman, tenang, AC dingin. Lokasinya dekat dengan beberapa tempat makan yang variatif, dekat juga dengan minimarket. Penyedia layanan komunikatif, penyampaian informasi sangat jelas. Lain waktu akan menginap lagi disini kalau berkunjung ke Jogja bersama keluarga.

Everything was nice and feels like home. Helpful staff. Nice neighbors. Near to center of jogja. The house located in small street, but it’s okay lah as long as a car can get through. Overall nice nice, definitely will come back again.

this house is at a very convenient location; the landlord is friendly and sent us fruit :) the only thing that might need attention is that not every restroom is well equipped with heater

Situated in the Taman Siswa area, with maximum capacity of 8-Person, it offers easy access to popular destinations like Malioboro Street, Keraton Yogyakarta (Sultan’s Palace), and Alun-Alun Selatan. It’s a short drive to these landmarks, making it convenient for travelers who want to explore the city. However, the entrance road is quite narrow, which might be challenging if you’re driving a large vehicle. Motorbikes and smaller cars can pass through without much trouble, but those with larger vehicles may need to be extra careful. For the rooms.. it's clean, cozy, and well-maintained. While not luxurious, they offer everything needed for a comfortable stay. We love the dining area and living room area, pretty comfortable for groups!

tempat nya sangat nyaman, rekomendasi buat liburan bersama keluarga besar. Tempatnya di tengah" antara parangtritis dan kota jogja. Jadi kalo mau main ke daerah parangtritis ga terlalu jauh kaya dr pusat kota,. kalo ada kesempatan main lg ke jogja, bakalan menginap lg di sini,.

Tempatnya strategis, dekat jalan besar dan tempat makan. Nyaman, homy banget. lantainya bersih, lepas sandalpun ngga berasa kaki berdebu. ada 4 kamar, semua ada WC dan kamar mandi di dalam. ada bantal guling juga. TV ada di tiap kamar, cuma ada yg rusak. Untuk check innya janjian sama Pak Agung yang tinggal di bagian belakang rumah. Beliau sangat ramah dan membantu. Membelikan sarapan (nasi kuning/uduk/gudeg), bisa bantu antar jemput, bisa titip beli oleh-oleh juga. waktu nginep di sini kebetulan anak saya sakit, muntah kena seprei. pak agung langsung ganti seprei dengan yang baru dan pinjamkan balsem. Terima kasih pak Agung.

Terima kasih rown homestay sudah memberikan yang terbaik ketika disana.. awal kami ragu ketika melihat ulasan ada hewan dan rumah tidak bersih .. ketika kami datang kak rosdian responsif menjelaskan dengan baik dan ramah .. mulai dari ac dingin, fasilitas dapur lengkap, wifi yang kencang .. waktu kami datang rumah bersih wangi tidak ada hewan .. posisi rumah berada di area perumahan di tengah kota dekat dengan tugu dan pusat kota .. Saya akan merekomendasikan dan datang kembali ketika di jogja .. terimakasih sudah memberikan kenangan terbaik ketika kami di jogja

We booked the second time and where again really happy with Ferry’s accommodation. It’s super clean, many nice details and just really comfy to stay. It’s very quiet so it’s easy to get a good rest after a long day of exploring. The WiFi connection is fast and good for working. I will definitely be back!

Had a pleasant stay in this place. Hot shower, sufficient parking area, clean place…everything just works. Definitely will consider this place for my next visit to Jogja

Menginap di SabiHouse memberikan kenangan yg menyenangkan bagi keluarga kami. Anak-anak bisa berenang di kolam renang sepuasnya, dengan tetap dalam pengawasan orang tua krn letak dapur yg berada di samping kolam. Dapur juga bersih, peralatan masak juga lengkap. Tepat di depan penginapan, ada masjid. Parkir mobil cukup namun haluannya tidak terlalu lebar. Overall, staying at SabiHouse is wonderful and awsome. Thank you SabiHouse.
