This charming new semi-detached studio, is a private space perfectly situated between the restaurants shops, clubs and theaters of Downtown Brea (0.7) and Fullerton (3.1) It is located just 7.6 miles from Disney, 19 miles to beaches and very close to freeways. The studio is comfortable for a family of 4 or "extra cozy" for 2 couples. One queen bed + a queen air mattress. Wi-Fi, TV, Washer/dryer, FULL kitchen, private garden patio. Free Parking for one car. Our two story, 5 bedroom 3 bathroom, 2500 sq ft home is located 6 miles from Disneyland. Our home is perfect for families to enjoy their stay in Orange County in a spacious home with a beautiful backyard. We welcome guests of all ages, but please note there are stairs in the house. Koi pond in the backyard is fenced for young guests. Guests ages 2 and under do not need to be counted in guest count. Entire house is yours during your stay. No pets, no parties and no additional visitors.

Perched on a hilltop with Amazing Views, Our place is walking distance from CSU of Fullerton and Fullerton Arboretum. We are located off the 57 fwy and a 20 min drive to Disneyland! It is a tiny cottage with modern amenities and although the cottage is detached from the main home, there is a cottage directly below, where you may hear noise if occupied. You may never see us, but available if needed. Enjoy a tranquil space with sounds of morning birds, outdoor fountains and a dog!
