It was a cute cozy cabin with a beautiful pond out front. We loved the hot-tub as well as the upstairs area!

The cabin was welcoming and very clean. The separate game room was an added bonus. We didn't get to make use of the lake being there in April but the view was pretty. We enjoyed the hot tub with our morning coffee and in the evening under the stars. An easy drive to Ohiopyle and Confluence. Rachel was very responsive to our many questions and takes pride in the property.

Wonderful long weekend in Deep Creek. Perfect for someone visiting in wheelchair as well, I had messaged the lodge and they made sure we had a clear path to the front entrance. We didn’t realize there wasn’t a stove in the cabin but we made everything work. Would highly recommend

We had the BEST time at Mad Men Lake House. We had kids with us aged 6-18, and they were never bored. Between the pool and ping-pong, swings, air hockey, and the other fun games, they were always having a blast! The kayaks and life vests were perfect, with plenty of options to take everyone out on the lake. Our dogs also loved having a completely closed off upper deck to lounge on with no fear of them going on an unexpected adventure outside. We enjoyed local hiking spots as well. Wish we could spend more time there! Thank you to Rebecca and family for thinking of all of the little details, from decor to amenities to make this an unforgettable family vacation.

What an adventure. The Hobbit House proves that you do not have to travel far from home to have such a fun, relaxing, peaceful experience that Robert has created in his Lord of the Rings inspired dwelling. There is no need to leave once you get there. The kitchen had every amenity that was needed by my "chef" husband. The linens and towels are top tier, plenty of paper products, plastic storage bags/containers and even towels to wipe off firepit chairs and tables as well as any spills that might occur. But the best part is discovering all the surprises which I will not give away in this review. You must book a trip and find out for yourself!!

The house is very cozy and has lots of space, felt like home. I celebrated my birthday with my friends and we all had the best time and fun. Thanks for the host for hosting us, recommended! Will be back soon 🫶🏼

We had a very nice stay. The cabin was exactly as advertised.

This was our second stay at Mary's cabin, and it was just as wonderful as the first time around. We thoroughly enjoyed the hot tub, exploring the wooded grounds, and the creek, too. Because Mary allows a dog, we were able to once again return with our goodest dog, and he enjoyed exploring the woods and creek as well. The property is so beautiful and serene; the beds are comfy, and the kitchen is nicely appointed. We will almost certainly be back next year!

Had a great stay - very clean house and clear instructions.

This stay was absolutely perfect. The home was beautifully designed with an earthy, natural feel—warm wood tones, cozy textures, and thoughtful decor that made it feel like a true retreat. It was clear the hosts put a lot of love into the space. We were pleasantly surprised by all the extra amenities—everything from high-quality toiletries to a fully stocked kitchen and even little extras we didn’t know we needed! It was pet friendly, with space for our pup to relax and feel right at home whether inside or around the fire pit. The guest cabin view is breathtaking. We couldn’t have asked for a better stay. Highly recommend!

Beautiful home that made my family and I feel right at home. Nancy was very responsive to any message I sent and made sure my family and I had everything we needed for our weekend trip. Conveniently located to Wisp about a 20 minute drive to the resort. I would definitely recommend staying here especially if you have children too. The kids had a blast with the games and toys that come along with the house.

Very comfortable spot. Plenty of amenities for adults and children. Gino was very responsive if we had any questions. Will definitely book again, perfect space or relaxing and spending time with the family.

We enjoyed our stay! The home is in a great location. We had some rain over the course of the stay which made having a roof over the hot tub very helpful. We also liked spending time in the basement with the pool table. Definitely would be interested in staying here again!

We really enjoyed staying in this cabin. The beds were comfy. Kitchen had everything we needed. The shower was nice and hot. There were lots of fireflies in the yard. It was close to Ohiopyle and Fallingwater. All around it was great!

Our family of 13 loved this cozy cabin. The kitchen had everything necessary to make meals, the beds we’re comfortable and clean, and there was a big fenced in yard with a fire-pit. The location was just minutes to Wisp, shops and great restaurants. Would highly recommend.

The house was excellent. Exactly as described, and exactly what we were looking for during our two week Christmas trip. We would definitely rent again.

This was a weekend away with book club and the cabin was perfect for us. The kitchen had lots of room for us to prepare food and not be in each other’s way and the dining table was big enough for 10 of us to eat together. We loved the deck in the back with comfy chairs facing the autumn trees. Maggie was very helpful. She answered our questions quickly before the trip and on the first day. We are already talking about coming back next year!

We had so much fun on this stay, the house is beautiful, located in a safe and new neighborhood close to town and national parks, Brittanie was very nice and responsive, thanks for having us .

We had a great ski weekend at Deer Cabin, conveniently located to several ski centers for both downhill and cross country skiing. The cabin is so warm and cozy while sitting by the big beautiful fireplace and enjoying the awesome views outside of the snowy woods and creek. Our 2 Aussies loved running around in the snowy woods-we always appreciate hosts who allow us to bring our pups along. Stephen and Cameron were both very responsive and friendly hosts. We would love to return for both skiing and hiking and biking in the warmer months. We would highly recommend Deer Cabin!

We had a great time at the home! It was in a great location and the property was beautiful. It was also close to the ski slopes so perfect for getting in and out quickly.

We loved at our stay at this beautiful cabin! The pond in the backyard was the highlight — it led to beautiful views and a nice morning walk each day. The home was so clean and had everything we could possibly need. We had our kids with us and there were board games, puzzles and plenty of toys that they were so excited about. The kitchen was fully stocked and there were plenty of blankets in all the rooms (which we needed since it ended up being SO cold). We were expecting a nice, warm spring break getaway, but it ended up being very cold and this cabin proved to be perfect for the cold (and I bet it would’ve been even more fun in warm weather). We made s’mores in front of the beautiful pond one of the evenings. Overall, we loved our stay here and would definitely stay here again. Ken was also very accommodating and incredibly responsive — he gave us plenty of local recommendations too!

We had such a great time at Kory’s cabin!! Check in was super easy, communication was so quick if we needed anything at all, and it was such a beautiful getaway. So close to Seven Springs!! Definitely recommend.

Amazing place I just love it. I’m gonna tell my other family members to visit this place and I’m gonna come back within two months peaceful good time my kids and my wife still love it and the best view and best house very clean. Feel like home.
