This mostly remodeled open floor plan 3 bed 1 bath unit has 3 Queen beds 1 queen hideabed and 1 twin size hideabed. This is the front unit (the larger of the two). This unit shares the laundry area in the garage, outdoor spaces to include the pool, and lounge areas. The pool is not heated, but is open for use year round. Beautiful house close to town and in the trees

Cancellations due to fire or Smokey air -allowed. Fragrance free cleaning products Wood floors, washer/dryer stocked kitchen Central heat. Air conditioning. High end mattresses. The house is off of a main road close to downtown Nevada City but in the tallest trees. There is some car noise during rush hour but none of that can be heard from inside of this very well insulated house. No loud parties. We do host dogs and occasionally cats.
