Our family vacation at Cascadas is unforgettable. The beautiful location with the constant sounds of waves, lovely villa with so many great views especially the sunrises seen from every bedroom. Our family of 6 adults and 3 kids (ages 4,7 & 10) had lots to do exploring the area on golf cart and short walk to the beach. Armando & Andrea cooked 4 dinners for us and absolutely delicious!! They are lovely people and prepared continental breakfast each morning. The comp massages were amazing. Crystal and Lisa were our therapists and were professional and skilled, enjoyed the outdoor experience with sounds of waves & birds. Definitely recommend La Buena Vita for happy hour, Turtle Cafe is adorable & delicious food. Snorkeling at YalKu lagoon is definitely worth doing. We took the Collectivo and it was safe & cheap when visiting Atkun Chen cenyote. The food is also great across the bridge in Town of Akumal. Great tacos! So much to see and do - would love to return some day!!!

la casa muy cómoda y acogedora. pasamos momentos gratos en familia en el área de piscina y bar. tiene un área de comedor afuera muy agradable que fue nuestro lugar favorito. terreno amplio para jugar fútbol. tal vez una red de voleibol le hubiera quedado genial. lo más importante el área bardeada sobre todo que nos compañaba mi chihuahua y no había riesgo que se perdiera. la cocina genial, pudimos preparar de todo ya que no hay restaurantes cerca, pero en el pueblo cercano y en la tienda nos surtimos de todo. excelente. mis hijos y padres encantados

Nuestra estancia fue muy agradable. Mariela nos apoyo con 2 temas que nos paso durante la estancia, adicional la hora de checkin fue flexible, algo que agradecemos mucho. Y la hicieron más agradable unos gatitos silvestres muy cariñosos y más si les ofreces comida.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Merida is a beautiful city and this location was perfect for our needs. Raimundo was always quick to respond to our questions and helped us quickly with a mistake that we made using the safe. All in all, a great time in Merida.

Great location, beautiful house. We were a group of 10 and had more than enough room. It’s worth pointing out that the casita, which has two bedrooms and could sleep 6 people, is located closer to the street. The main house has 4 bedrooms. Because we had kids, we didn’t use the casita much. The view from the backyard is beautiful. Carlos was very responsive. Would recommend.

Es una casa muy bonita, cómoda y equipada completamente para todo lo que se necesita hacer. La ubicacion está muy bien, puedes llegar caminando al ado, Walmart, Sam's Club, etc. Alicia estuvo al pendiente de todo, la hora de llegada, a las dudas o mensajes que le mandaba y mu accesible para la hora de la salida ya que tuve que salir muy temprano. Cuenta con internet en todas las habitaciones para que todos puedan tener buena conexión. En general es una casa muy completa, espero en algún momento poder regresar, mi familia también se sintió muy cómoda.

Perfekter Aufenthalt mit freundlichen Gastgebern. Preis Leistung Top. Mexikanische Einrichtung, uns hat es gefallen. Brauchten noch ein extra Kissen und Decke. Wurde uns schnell gebracht . Sehr gute Kommunikation mit den Gastgebern, die uns auch persönlich Empfangen haben. Von der Fähre mit Taxi ca. 10 Euro. Es fährt auch Stündlich ein Bus für 1 Euro die Fahrt. Hatten uns ein Golfcar gemietet, ein muss und Erlebnis auf Isa Mujeres. Würden jederzeit wiederkommen.

Excelente el departamento. Lo único un poco decepcionante y que no es responsiva del alojamiento, es la deficiencia de mantenimiento del cenote público, que se encuentra dentro del complejo Zama. Ojalá y se le prestará más atención y cuidado a dicho cenote!

La recamara es tal cual al anuncio y la ubicación es excelente para realizar actividades o salir a dar un paseo. Perfecto para llegar a descansar. Sin duda volvería a quedarme ahí. (Pequeños detalles: la llave del lavamanos del baño estaba muy lejos, lo que hacía que el agua se saliera a la barra si no se abría completamente/ El desagüe del baño en la regadera vaciaba muy lento el agua, lo que hacía que se encharcara al bañarse/ se traspasan los sonidos del lugar, por lo que sueles escuchar un poco de ruido de los vecinos)

Great spot! Very classy looking room! Had a little trouble with the lock and instructions were a little unclear but host was able to help us out. Restroom and shower were really nice good water pressure. Living area and kitchen were awesome after long days of exploring. Couch and bed super comfy. High ceilings and great natural light exposure. Will definitely book here again in the future.

The location was perfect—close enough to the main center to enjoy everything Playa del Carmen has to offer, but just far enough to avoid the chaos, which was ideal for our baby. The space was comfortable and well-equipped for two couples, making it a great choice for a relaxing getaway. Dewl was an outstanding host, responding immediately to any concerns and ensuring we had everything we needed. Highly recommend this stay for anyone looking for a balance of convenience and tranquility!

Condos were very cute and nicely decorated. The premises had 24 hour security as well as fantastic food at the on community restaurant, a convenient store and nice communal areas/ pools to use. The instructions they gave to find the air bnb were very helpful as Mexico’s roads are hard to navigate and often look like dirt road dead ends. Highly recommend this stay! Perfect for our large group. Hot water is finicky but that is expected in Mexico so cannot fault them for it. Overall great stay thank you!

Lugar muy bonito y con excelente vista al mar. Ubicación excelente, cerca de lugares de comida, transporte público y el cocobongo. La habitación es muy cómoda y con todas las amenidades. Condominio tiene alberca y acceso directo a la playa Forum con camastros propios, pero sin sombrillas. La habitación tiene sombrilla de playa para uso de huéspedes.

Excelente muy ordenado, limpio, con una decoración muy agradable, moderno y cómodo. Con las amenidades disponibles del complejo, transporte a las distintas areas, buenos restaurantes en el complejo, playa a 5 min en coche y muy agradable. Muy seguro, se requiere un QR para poder entrar al complejo. Una recepción en el edificio con personal que te ayuda y resuelve tus dudas.

Excelente lugar para pasar vacaciones en familia. En una zona muy exclusiva con construcciones modernas y con todos los servicios a la mano. Puedes ir a pie a la farmacia o a la tienda. El departamento está tal cual las fotos, muy limpio y ordenado, aire acondicionado funcionando correctamente. Súper recomendable!!!!!!

Très bel appartement bien situé proche de la plus belle partie de la calla 38, proche de la plage et de la 5eme. Le logement est super beau et confondant, le toit du building très cool. Je recommande sans hésiter !
