Marcela exhibited remarkable hospitality. Furthermore, she extends that warmth not only towards me as a host but also to other guests. Additionally, her friendliness, warm welcome, and readiness to assist in finding excursions and restaurants was truly exceptional. Moreover, the accommodations were beautiful, lush vegetation, a pool, comfortable beds and plenty of free drinks offered. Marcela’s place is truly an oasis that we will gladly return to.

Villa Morena was probably the nicest accommodations we have ever stayed in. As described, it is a beautiful oasis created by a wonderfully accommodating family. Vanessa could not have been more helpful in making us feel at home. We loved everything, from the clean and spacious cabana, the incredible breakfast and dinner meals, the bird song upon waking every morning, and basically the whole vibe with family, cats, and dogs all relaxing in this jungle oasis. Can't recommend highly enough!

The place is amazing the rooms are like cabañas, big bathroom quick hot water,the personal are friendly, the location is the best, it’s very close to the aroueqlógical zone, loved the pool and the restaurant good food and drinks,I highly recommend the place.

Todo increíble, esta frente a la playa y muuuy cerca del faro. Las habitaciones son un poco calurosas por ser de madera pero se resuelve con el aire acondicionado. Son rústicas y muy sencillas. La tele al no tener antena no cacha los canales pero te dan una usb con películas. Con lo esencial para llegar a dormir. Al ser de madera se escucha todo de la cabaña de arriba. Si esto no te molesta de verdad es una gran opción. La atención de recepción es muy buena te ayudan en todo momento

If you’re reading this and considering staying here, read no further and go ahead and tap that big pink reserve button. The people here are wonderful, and the place is perfectly peaceful. The included breakfast of fresh juice, fruit, tea or coffee and toast with extras was excellent. The optional dinner they offer was always delicious. There are a few other huts on the property yet the place was always quiet, especially in comparison to the chaos you get at the big resorts in Mexico. We loved the natural vibes here. Some good-to-knows: Everything in their description is accurate, just be aware the bed (at least in the hut we were in) is quite firm. Getting here with your own rental car is the way to go IMO, especially if you want to explore the area. Taxi from Akumal to the Villa is MX$600. We’ve stayed at a lot of really great airbnbs but I’m not sure we’ve ever been quite so sad to leave as we were when dragging our suitcase away from this one. It was the perfect escape.

Lower Dover is a wonderful place to stay! VERY close to the ATM cave and since we were so close, we were one of the very first people to get in which made it so much better. The Mayan Ruins onsite are amazing. Maddie and Abby did an excellent job at showing us around and making us feel at home. If you eat breakfast or dinner there, the food is excellent and there is plenty! San Ignacio is a close town with another wonderful maya ruin called Cahal Pech.

Las cabañas están a pie de playa, dentro de las cabañas hay aire acondicionado, pueden pedir por baño privado en las habitacion por un costo extra, se puede pedir el servicio de alimentos también extra, aunque les recomendaría buscar opciones alternas, excelente ubicación. Definitivamente un lugar excepcional al cual regreso y recomendaría.

Highly recommend! Social media doesn’t do the property justice. Very scenic, quiet, and serene with modern touches to make your stay feel as comfortable as possible while staying in the jungle.

Es la segunda vez que nos hospedamos aquí y siempre nos sentimos bien recibidos y cómodos. La cama es deliciosa, su equipo de recepción y Angie son excepcionales con el servicio. Son muy atentos y disfrutamos mucho nuestra estancia. Gracias por todo Mauricio y equipo!

Excelente lugar para verlos aves y flora y fauna natural de la zona. Muy amables y saben bastante sobre la historia y cultura del lugar.

Cómo siempre todo muy bien, perfecto para descansar y relajarte un poco, el cenote es perfecto para refrescarte, alojamiento perfecto si quieres encontrarte con algunas especies salvajes, muy recomendado, desayuno de 10. el host es muy amigable y atento. sin duda regresaremos nuevamente 😊

This was a jungle paradise! It was like living in the jungle with but with all the modern amenities. Wildlife (ducks, peacocks, geese, etc) everywhere. The rooms were so comfortable and beautiful. The host very responsive to our needs. It is in a great location minutes away from some of the best cenotes and 10 minutes away from the beautiful little town of Puerto Morelos. Will be planning another stay here for sure!

La laguna muy bonita, las instalaciones limpias , tienes que hacer antes tus compras porque no hay abarrotes cerca , y en las cabañas solo ponen un pequeño jabón , no me gustó que en la noche hacían mucho ruido las plantas de luz que se ubicaban justamente atrás de las cabañas lo que impedía un descanso placentero , me gustaría tuviera más alumbrado la bajada hacia la laguna,

Le logement était au dessus de nos attentes, au calme dans la jungle mais proche de tout. Vous avez un accès à la plage de 8h à 18h (dommage que ce soit avant le coucher du soleil, il est sinon possible de revenir par un restaurant par exemple). Ivo sur place a été très accueillant.

Tous les employés ont été très disponibles. La cuisine commune est vétuste. Il n'y a pas d'eau chaude courante dans la cuisine, alors la majorité lave la vaisselle à l'est froide. C'est un endroit éloigné de la route 307. Le site est très paisible, calme et charmant, avec ses cénotes et les bruits de chutes d'eau.

Très bon accueil et les activités que nous avons pu faire étaient très interessantes. Les rencontres avec les personnes locales ont été bien enrichissantes pour nous. Le logement était sobre mais propre. Par contre, le matin , nous n'avons pas eu d'eau chaude pour nous doucher. De plus, le soir de notre arrivée, nous n'avions rien prévu pour nous restaurer car nous pensions que dans cette communauté, il aurait été possible de manger . Or, nous nous sommes retrouvés seuls rapidement et il n'y avait rien autour pour aller faire quelques courses. Malgré cela , notre court séjour s'est bien passé et nous garderons un bon souvenir de notre passage à Yaxunah. Merci Orlando, Holga et Alvea pour votre accueil , votre plat cuit sous terre , vos tortillas , vos petits déjeuners..... eh oui, en dehors du dîner sui à été zappé, nous avons pu goûter à quelques délicieux mets mayas!
