Vidanta is an amazing resort.

Great location! Far enough from town to be peaceful but close enough to walk to town. Right on the water with one of the best beaches. Walk in beach (many beaches have a concrete wall and aren't accessible). The people make this place special. So kind, helpful, and positive vibes all around. The hosts make it east to set up activities. The Beach Bar onsite serves decent food and drinks. The accommodations are modest but the location and people make up for this. I would recommend this place to friends and family!

The location was very good. Just far enough from town to be peaceful but not to far to inconvenience you. A golf cart is a must. You can’t really wslk anywhere. Karen will fix you up with thst.

Our family had a great week at the Westin Lagunamar! The 2BR suite was very spacious, the staff really nice/helpful, and the resort is in a great location with nice pool/beach area. Short walk to the mall across the street, where there many good restaurants and shops. Great family vacation!

Allan is a great host. We stayed in contact and was there to answer any questions. He even arranged transportation, which we were not expecting. We will definitely be booking with Allan in the future if we have a chance!

You are at an established all inclusive. Be sure to take Allan’s advice and book the restaurants ahead of time. Concierge liked text message best. Use a translate app to paste request in Spanish. The El Gaucho steakhouse was best for us. An amazing salad bar with seafood. We would go there twice if had a do over. Premium drinks aren’t so premium. If it matters, be sure to tell the VIP bartenders what you want otherwise you get the standard liquor. Free massage comes after a sales pitch to buy so, go in knowing that. Great location on the beach with nice loungers and beds for the VIP black bracelet people. Enjoy!

Allan was very helpful and communicative and was able to get us a room in an already booked report during a very busy time of year, which allowed us to join our family for New Year's at the last moment. He was very patient and responsive.

Allan was great to work with, responsive and helpful. Would rent from him again. Resort was very nice, buffet great, restaurants ok, beach beautiful, pools great, staff great, room small for a family of 5. Our room had issues but the resort fixed ok. Beach was awesome, best part. Do the snorkeling!

Allan is the real deal! You will be okay with booking your stay with Sandos Playacar through him! Trust his system of paying him for the room(with the royal elite treatment) and then paying for the food directly to the resort. You will save hundreds once you add these and compare it to what booking it now with Sandos would cost. We saved over $1200 as a family of four for a five-night stay. The resort is pristine, with a beautiful beach and fantastic food and entertainment. Great for families with children. We had such a wonderful time and enjoyed the royal elite treatment so much that for the first time, we plan to book again on the same resort, and of course, it will not be with anyone else but Allan. We just got back from a stay at Sandos Caracol and Sandos Playacar, booked through Allan. First off, he was an amazing host! We had never booked an all inclusive through Airb&b before and he responded to all of my questions in detail and with amazing speed! Both of the hotels were exactly like he described, and I loved every minute at both of them! The staff there were very friendly, with Allan's booking we got the black wrist bands which were very well worth it. Everything was just great!
