Just as listing shows. Only laundry service $100peso for wash&dry. Lovely view of sunrise and boat marina. Very quiet with units on all sides. Patio with jacuzzi tub was nice. There are golf carts, cars, and mopeds for rent for inside the area. Free dolphin shows everyday.

The communication was really great. super kind and answered fast. Really good location felt super safe. Thanks for the stay!!

We enjoyed our stay, we would’ve preferred to stay in Unit 1516, but was glad to stay in the smaller unit for the last night. We appreciate Jorge willing to accommodate us so well.

Gaby has a nice apartment, perfect for my short term stay. everything clean and as nice as on the pictures. Also had good recomendation for the zona. suitable for friends or small families. thabk you!

Desde un inicio las descripciones fueron exactas, para llegar fue muy fácil y el lugar es muy bonito, limpio y muy cerca al muelle y malecón. La atención de la anfitriona fue siempre muy accesible, atenta y amable. El lugar esta muy bonito y tiene fácil acceso a transporte publico, muelle y malecón. Nos encanto!!!

We had a great time. The accommodations were perfect for us. We loved having the private rooftop to bbq and hot tub. So many restaurants and shopping close by. We spent a month and feel like it wasn’t long enough! The guest services staff and concierge were also outstanding. So attentive. We were sad to go.

À notre arrivée, nous avons été chaleureusement accueillis par l’hôte et quand nous avons regardé la vue, c’était incroyable! Nous avions tout à porté de main et l’immeuble était très sécuritaire et calme. L’appartement est situé dans un quartier renommé et près de tout à la marche. Aussitôt que nous avions des questions, on communiquais avec l’hôte et elle répondait toujours rapidement. Le lit était vraiment confortable et la vue de l’appartement était juste parfaite et si belle. Nous avons cuisiné et avions tout sous la main pour y arriver. L’appartement est situé à 5 minutes de marche d’un très grand marché où nous pouvions trouver ce dont nous avions besoin. Ce voyage était parfait et notre confort était absolument digne d’un hôtel. Merci à vous et à très bientôt, car nous reviendrons assurément 😀😎

Absolutely perfect. And soooo helpful. We accidentally left an item there and they did all they could to retrieve it. Absolutely amazing service and hospitality. Hope to come again next time in town.

I had an amazing time at this Airbnb!! Host were very accommodating and even provided options for transportation from the airport which was a huge help. Everything from the minute we booked was so smooth because of how helpful and friendly the hosts were. It was an amazing stay because we got so much out of the price we paid. We ended up being about 15 minutes on average walking distance from so many major things especially the beach. Great location and overall I was extremely pleased with my entire stay!! Thank you so much!!

We had a very nice stay at Daniella’s place. A nice location, away from 5th avenue but quite a quick drive to get there. She is very attentive with whatever you need. Very comfy, the rooftop pool is beautiful with the sunset. (I wish the pool was on the sunset side) 😬 They have a small gym which is convenient. The only downside is the walls are quite thin so we could hear from the hallway and across the hall. Other than that. It a perfect stay for us for a month. Would definitely recommend.

Oscar was incredibly helpful and responsive to any questions we had during our stay. They went above and beyond to give us the best experience and even sent pre travel tips and recs before even arriving. Plus, the home was gorgeous and very clean. Would absolutely recommend to anyone.

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour chez Pedro. Le condo est confortable et situé au sein d'un complexe sécurisé et calme. La piscine est seulement à quelques pas de l'appartement. L'atout majeur de cette location est le service de chauffeur. Andrès a été très accueillant et attentionné pendant tout le séjour, et a su nous apporter des conseils avisés sur les endroits à visiter et les activités à faire. La communication (avant et pendant le séjour) avec Pedro est fluide et facile. Nous recommandons également les services de Patricia pour le trajet depuis l'aéroport.

En general fue muy agradable y tenía todo a la mano. La zona era muy tranquila y estaba todo cerca. Si regreso a Pto Morelos, serán nuestra primera opción. Eduardo respondía de inmediato a todas mis dudas

Tuve la suerte de vivir en el apartamento de Esly y Darío durante varias semanas y puedo decirles que es un apartamento de calidad, en un barrio local con todas las tiendas necesarias cerca y restaurantes. Por eso, decidí renovar mi reserva, considerando tanto la calidad del apartamento como la atención de Darío y Esly. Es un apartamento acogedor y bien cuidado. Hay un patio privado al frente del apartamento, con una mesa exterior para relajarse. El internet es excelente, ideal para trabajar a distancia, y hay dos televisores, uno de ellos muy grande, con todas las plataformas de streaming disponibles. Darío y Esly tienen una atención de oro y están dispuestos a ayudar en lo que sea necesario. En resumen, tiene todo lo que necesitas. ¡Es el apartamento ideal para tus vacaciones en Mérida!

Great host, very communicative.

We were comfortable with the arrangement and size of the rental. The king bed and bedroom was roomy enough and comfortable. The kitchen area with chairs and a sofa was fine for us. Small but adequate since we were gone for most of the day. We extended our stay to 2 weeks and we were satisfied with the privacy and security. Yamile was very attentive to any request that we made.

Otto and his wife are great hosts! They were very responsive and make you feel like family. The apartment's living room, dining, kitchen area is cozy, however, the main bedroom is much larger than I expected. They have beach towels and a beach umbrella in the main bedroom that you can use. We put these to great use as we visited a different beach each day we were in cancun. The apartment is a short 4 block walk to the main square when you can catch the bus to the beaches. The bus gets extremely full and it could be difficult to get a seat or even space to stand. An alternate option is to use Uber or Didi for ride share services. There was some construction on the corner as a new restaurant is being built. However, you can only hear the construction in the living room area, not in the main bedroom. This was not an issue for us sleeping in. There is an Oxxo at the end of the block and a Walmart express across the main street. This was very convenient for us.

Este complejo de departamentos me gusta mucho. En especial me gustó este que está en el segundo piso porque el sanitario es muy amplio y la cocina también. La limpieza de la habitación al llegar es impecable. Por eso siempre trato de llegar en estos departamentos. Son muy cómodos y la zona es muy tranquila.
