Cinthya's property is in a great location if you are traveling to Yuma for dental work in Los Algodones. It's only a 10-15 minute drive to the border crossing parking lot. It's also close to several great restaurants, Gateway Park, and Yuma Territorial Prison State Historic Park. There are also convenient supermarkets nearby. The kitchen is fully stocked with everything you will need to prepare meals and the washer and dryer works great so you can pack light. Previous reviews mention the noise from the busy street and that the neighbors keep roosters and that is accurate, but I adjust to that quickly. Thanks, Cinthya!

Really beautiful outdoor area. Place was comfortable and location was great for us!

Booked for short stay in Yuma. House was perfect. Had all amenities you would need for a short stay. If staying an extended amount of time just be aware there is no stove/oven, but does have a microwave and hot plate. Overall a perfect place - highly recommended.

The home was very nicely furnished and had everything we could have needed. We also loved the added touch of all the games and puzzles available!!

This is our second stay at this home. We love it and enjoyed our visit so much so that we stayed for 5 months. We hope to return in the fall. Our hosts, Johanna and Aaron are wonderful and kind and responsive to any needs.

We come to Yuma at least 10 times a year and appreciate coming to Chris’ homes since it feels like a home away from home at this point. Location is great, close to downtown Yuma and walking distance from La bodega ! I always look for Chris’ homes first when I come to Yuma. Thank you again for a wonderful stay!

GREAT STAY. Booked one night here last minute traveling west with my family and dogs. Irvin's home is immaculately clean, was so comfortable inside and out, and so convenient for traveling with dogs. Quiet neighborhood, close to freeway, and excellent communication with host. Excellent value, excellent stay!

Excellent accommodations! The place looked even better than the pictures, and the whole house was immaculately clean! We had plenty of room onside and out, and everything worked. The back yard was very private and quiet. we would definitely stay here again.

The Yuma Sunset condo is a very nice clean unit. It is freshly painted and tastefully decorated. All of the furnishings, appliances, and utensils are modern and appear to be new. The beds are very comfortable, and the linens and pillows are also new. The layout is great with both large bedrooms upstairs each having a full bathroom attached. Additionally, there is another bathroom downstairs. The AC is cold and there are large ceiling fans throughout. An assigned covered parking space out back is a welcome bonus. The neighborhood is clean and quiet. Our host Jesse was easy to contact and was very friendly and helpful. I highly recommend this rental.

Kyle’s home was ours for 1mo while we moved to Yuma and found a home. It had everything we needed, and it was the perfect introduction to Yuma. The neighborhood is shaded, cool, and beautiful. We highly recommend staying here!
