Quiet neighborhood but close to the highway that you could be anywhere you’d want to be in just a couple of minutes. We throughly enjoyed the house and everything it had to offer. The house and description were as advertised. Thank you to the host for opening your home. We truly had a relaxing and great vacation!

The house was everything we expected. Tonya gave very clear directions on entering the property and also provided several recommendations for things to do in the area during our stay.

The house was quaint, spacious, and perfect for my visit to see family in Baton Rouge. It was so nice having all my cousins over to hang out, play board games, and enjoy the relaxing pool — the space truly accommodated all of us comfortably. A couple of things to note: the garage has a steep incline, so just use caution when parking. Also, the lighting upon arrival felt a bit dim — I personally love warm + white lighting, so I had to turn on most of the lights to brighten it up. But during the day, opening the shades brought in such beautiful natural light throughout the home. Overall, a great stay and would definitely come back!

Amazing house beautiful location and the house was spotless I will definitely be booking again. The pool was a plus and the patio was amazing to sit out and enjoy the weather. Host was very helpful will any questions I had!

For me, it is the small things. The house was as described, clean and beautiful. The thing I appreciated the most was the snacks available in the house. When driving in from another state, you don't always know where the neighborhood grocery stores are located. Since we arrived late at night it was nice to have the snacks available so we did not have to leave out searching for a store.

We enjoyed our 5 night stay in this spacious but cozy house. Sheila provided everything you would need. She was also very easy to communicate with. Internet worked very well. Easy to get to LSU … probably a 25 minute drive. Restaurants were recommended which we took Sheila up on. We went to Willey’s twice!

Lovely, updated home that met the needs of 3 couples. Enjoyed time at the home, walking the neighborhood, and the nearby restaurants and bars just 2 blocks away. Backyard was nice, just have to talk over the nearby interstate traffic. On the flip side, the interstate made getting places pretty quick and easy. Host was very quick to respond to our questions.

Very lovely place. Walking distance to downtown, events, restaurants. Lovely amenities, beautiful backyard and porch. Street parking. Parking was taken during downtown events. Great experience and beautiful home.

Me and my family really enjoy our trip to New Roads. we also enjoyed the host and they made show we was very comfortable. everything was just right with no worries or anything. It was a smooth transition coming in to enjoy the festivities and leaving as well. we will visit again next year

Great house and host! The house is exactly as pictured and was conveniently located in a quite, pretty neighborhood. It was perfect and easy for our needs!

Unit was as described. Cabinets and stuff are a little dated but for a big group then place was quiet and comfortable. We loved the game room and just lots of space. Would absolutely recommend.

Malcolm’s house was great for our family - comfortable and clutter-free, plenty of space, and the kids (aged 7 & 5) loved the jacuzzi tub. They’ve never been so clean! Malcom checked in on us and even kindly provided some snacks. We’ll be back!

This is our annual home to stay in when visiting our family. Chris is always responsive, friendly and accommodating. There is plenty of room for our group of 8. Our grandsons love playing in the backyard . We relaxed on the swing, under the beautiful Louisiana shade trees. Located in a quiet neighborhood , a great place to walk. Our pups even felt at home. My grandson left Mr. Chris a note to thank him for the comfortable bed and super soft blanket. Convenient location, ample room, pristine clean and well stocked.

Eric et Miranda sont des hôtes extrêmement sympathiques et accueillants. L'hébergement est atypique et très original, rempli de surprises. Ils nous ont accueilli comme si nous étions des familiers, c'était très agréables. Pour sortir des sentiers battus nous conseillons fortement cet endroit.

If you're looking for a great place to stay and enjoy quiet time with family, fishing, whatever you want .. this is the place. We visit LA every other year to visit family but after this trip, we're going to make it an annual event. There was plenty of space for everyone, with everything you need to kick back and relax.

Aiesha is a very friendly and responsive host, and the house is clean and just as described. There were even games and a cute personalized message when we checked in. Overall a great place for a quick getaway near Baton Rouge.

Randolph provided the best experience we’ve had so far at out of state stays! Easy, clear communication and excellent accommodations and recommendations. We will be looking to book with them again next time we’re back in the area. The pictures are exactly as it appears in person and I would highly recommend them to anyone! The backyard was so peaceful and relaxing and just what we all needed and wanted. THANK YOU! 10 stars from us as we traveled for the Nationals USBC Open bowling tournament and felt right at home.

Craig had everything ready to go and was totally responsive quickly when we had questions. House was very comfortable and convenient to everything including the medical areas that we wanted close proximity to. Would stay with them again for sure

Akeia is extremely responsive and polite. So helpful with questions! The home was clean, exactly as pictured, beds were soft, pillows comfortable, neighborhood quiet, water pressure great, full stocked kitchen, fast WiFi, TV’s in all rooms, ample parking space, NICE AND EXTRA towels (such a plus when traveling!), private fenced in yard, extra toiletries in bathrooms in case you forgot any, a coffee makers WITH Kurig cups/creamer provided, extra trash bags, and more. So many thoughtful touches that made this house feel homey during our stay. A simple check out procedure left us extremely happy with being allowed to stay at Akeia’s home. An easy 15 minute drive to the LSU stadium for anyone looking during sporting events. Thanks Akeia! 😊🙌🏼
