Chata je situovaná jako menší, klidná a samostatně stojící u krásné a historicky zachovalé obce Lčovice v předhůří Šumavy. Zdejší podmínky jsou ideální pro cykloturistiku, procházky po okolí, houbaření, lyžování i lenošení. Chata je prakticky zařízena i na zimní období, má vlastní oplocenou zahradu s parkovištěm i dostatkem plochy pro odpočinek. Krytá terasa je vybavena křesílky a stolem, zahrada lehátky, slunečníkem, grilem a je umístěna na jižním prosluněném svahu s výhledem na šumavské okolí.

The cottage is located in Volšovy, just 3 km from Sušice, where you can find all amenities. It lies by the forest and offers absolute peace and quiet with a view of the Šumava countryside. Parking is possible on the private plot, where you can also find a pergola and a terrace. The two-storey cottage is equipped with kitchen, bathroom with shower WiFi and TV. Prázdninová chaloupka z 18.století, kompletně rekonstruovaná v roce 2018. Naši hosté mají k dispozici celý samostatný domeček ve kterém se nacházejí v přízemí společenská místnost s kuchyňkou, samostané WC a koupelna, spolu s finskou saunou z lipového dřeva a v podkroví dvě ložnice s dispozicí, jedna ložnice pro 3 dospělé osoby a větší ložnice pro 4 dospělé osoby (případně dva dospělí a tři děti). Vše v Šumavském Podlesí. Možno využívat zahradu a posezení s grilem. Hosté mají plné soukromí.

Die Unterkunft ist ein neu gebautes komfortables Holzhaus mit einer geräumigen überdachten Terrasse, nutzbar bei jedem Wetter. Im Haus befindet sich eine voll ausgestattete Küche mit Kühlschrank (ohne Gefrierfach), 2 Platten-Induktionsherd, Backofen, Geschirrspüler, Wasserkocher, Toaster und anderen Küchenutensilien; sowie ein modernes Bad mit einer geräumigen Duschkabine. Im, durch Treppen erreichbaren Spitzboden, befindet sich der Schlafbereich mit hochwertigen Matratzen und Bettbezügen.

Unique cottage, newly reconstructed but with respect to the past, to rural south bohemian architecture. The house is set in the middle of very small a piecefull village, it has a small garden closed in a yard so you have complete privacy. Outdoor firepit and open fireplace in an old cozy barn. Friendly neighbors can sell you fresh eggs straight from the hen house:) Nice south bohemian surroundings, forest just upon a hill, lakes, fields and meadows offer many beautiful walks.

Zelená chalupa pod Klínovcem

Tento zelený dům je výjimečný svoji atmosférou. Interiér je boutique chalupa. Většina nábytku je původní jen nově zrekonstruovaná. Ostatní nábytek jako například postele, skříně a skříňky jsme vyrobili vlastnoručně spolu s našimi nejlepšími přáteli. Na celkovou rekonstrukci jsme vynaložili spousty času, energie a úsilí. Toto místo prostě musíte zažít.:)
