The place was fantastic! Great location, very cozy, conveniently located, close to all that Balat has to offer. Ișil, was amazing 👏! she met us on the first day, did a detailed walk through of the space, showed us around the neighborhood, and was available for any of our questions while we stayed at her gorgeous space. she even helped us with unstanding local transportation. Would absolutely stay again. Communication was second to none. Thank you, thank you!

Alles war sehr hochwertig mit moderner, technischer Ausrüstung und klassischen Möbeln, alles, was man brauchte, war vorhanden, aber es war, als wenn man in einer anderen Zeit wohnen würde. Mitten im schönsten Teil von Balat, wo die bunten Häuser stehen. Nach einem anstrengenden Tag in der Menge von Istanbul, war es immer wie eine Zuflucht, in der man sich gemütlich und sicher zurücklehnen konnte. Gia a vedersi sembrava perfetta, ma nella realtà lo è stato ancora di più, ha decisamente superato le nostre aspettative!La casa è stupenda, grande, pulitissima, curata nei minimi dettagli. La cucina è dotata di ogni cosa che ti possa servire per sentirti come a casa e anche di più,il bagno è perfetto, doccia ottima, acqua calda senza problemi, camera da letto dotata di ogni confort, aria condizionata sia nel salone che nella camera da letto, lavatrice, stendino, asciugamani, saponi. Nel salone c’è una grande tv. Tutta la casa è super luminosa, è divisa su due piani. La zona circostante è molto tranquilla, un bel posto, sicuro e piacevole, c’è un centro commerciale vicinissimo con caffè, ristoranti, atm, supermercato, ogni cosa di cui potresti aver bisogno. C’è un piccolo spazio esterno confortevole. È facile trovare mezzi di trasporto e taxi. L’host è gentile e disponibile. Ti verrà voglia di vivere in questa casa, non perdere altro tempo, per noi sarà sempre nel nostro cuore. Grazie

The apartment we stayed in was very beautiful, newly renovated in a lovely way, warm, cozy, and very clean. We truly felt like we were at home. Everything we needed was available, and we felt so comfortable and at ease, just like being in our house. Very thankful for the hospitality. Thank you so much!

We had a really nice time in Riza’s and Onur’s house. It is next to so many cafes and the commute is very easy with tram and ferry stations within 5-minutes walk. We were a family of 8 and had enough space for everyone. The house is well-equipped and had everything we needed. It does have many stairs inside and particularly the ones to the top floor are quite steep, but the hosts were very forthcoming about it and made sure we knew about it before confirming the booking. The communication was great and any small technical issues were resolved quickly and efficiently. My daughter is into arts and she particularly enjoyed various pieces of art in the house. Great stay and many thanks to the hosts!

Wir haben uns in Omers Haus sehr wohlgefühlt. Es ist äußerst großzügig und geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Die Küche ist sehr gut ausgestattet und die Lage der Wohnung im Viertel Balat ist extrem schön. Wir fanden es eines der interessantestdn Viertel Istanbuls. Bei kleinen Schwierigkeiten war Omer immer sofort erreichbar und hat das Problem gelöst, die Kommunikation war angenehm und schnell. Wir würden jederzeig wiederkommen!

Vraiment une super adresse pour loger à Istanbul en famille ou entre amis. Cette maison est parfaite par sa situation : commerces, tram, restos à proximité dans le joli quartier tranquille de Balat. Équipement et literies au top ; Gila a été très accueillant, de bon conseil, toujours disponible et réactif 👍 !

Me and my husband spent 7 days in Mamati's house. Check-in very Easy, even we were late Mamati waited for us. The house Is an old-ottoman house with everything you need, Is very well located in few minutes you have bus 99A, 55 and the line T5 witch will connect you easily with different parts of the city. the house has around good places for breakfast , restaurants and shopping. On top of that the view from the house and terrace Is top!

We had a great stay! And Roza was a great host. I got sick at the last day, and she was very flexible, caring and understanding. She made us feel safe and cared for in every way. The apartment was very nice and clean. We appreciated that basic things like tea/coffee, spices and oils were available as well as cleaning supplies. It’s a nice quiet place. 2 min walk to grocery store, a few cafes and pharmacy. 10 min walk to metro, so it’s easy to get around. I can easily recommend Roza and the apartment. Hopefully we will return in the summer, and we would be happy to be able to stay in the apartment again.

yusuf est très sympa et réactif. l'appartement est fonctionnel, la literie est confortable , il y a tout ce qu'il faut sur place ( machine à laver , vaisselles , ustensiles et accessoires de cuisine, linge de lit , serviettes ...). gros + pour les piscines intérieures et extérieures c'était vraiment chouette, sans parler des aires de jeux pour les enfants, salle de sport, terrain de foot et basket, ça c'est génial quand on est en famille. le métro est à 5min à pieds mais un peu long pour rejoindre le centre historique d'Istanbul ( 30/40min) il nous a fallu 24h pour bien comprendre le mode de fonctionnement de l'appartement et de la résidence mais une fois que c'était bon tout était parfait. résidence sécurisée. on a passé un très bon. séjour. le petit point négatif c'est le ménage... vous pouvez largement vous améliorez la dessus mais je suis exigeante là dessus donc globalement je dirais que c'était très bien.

ilgili arkadaşlar ,bende ilk başta temkinli davrandım yazan birkaç olumsuz yoruma inananarak ama durum hiç öyle değil ..konaklama yaptığım iyi yerlerden ilk 3 te olan bir yer ,oda sıcak ,sıcak su sorunsuz ,internet sorunsuz ,bakkal ,manav çok yakın girişi düzgün güvenilir bir yer .tüm arkadaşlara teşekkür ederim ilgileri ve alakaları için ..İstanbul'da konaklanacak yerlerden ilk 3 te olan bir yer .çok memnun kaldım ,çok mutlu oldum

Staying in this apartment was a good experience. I initially expected the neighborhood to be a bit noisier, but everything was actually very calm and peaceful. The apartment was perfectly clean and had a fully equipped kitchen, ideal for a family. The beds were also very comfortable, which made for a good night’s sleep. Since the host family lived in the same building, they were always available and responded to our needs within minutes — usually in under five minutes! The metro station was a 15-minute walk away, and from there it was easy to reach any part of the city. Olivium Shopping Center was only a five-minute walk from the apartment, which made shopping very convenient. Everything we needed was within easy reach for me and my family, and we were very happy with our stay. Thank you so much.

The best place and budget friendly place for a single guest or for a couple. Peaceful neighborhood and lot of options around the place for shopping and eateries.

المنزل دافي عنما كان الجو ماطراً و بارداً احببت المكان جدا مناسب لشخصين المكان نظيف للغايه و الحي ممتاز جدا و امن الفعاليات بالحي كثيره و قريب من كل شي استمتعت كثيرا بالمنزل وكانت نيهان سريعه الاستجابه و اوصتني بالمنطقه و الفعاليات شكزاً نيهان على الخدمه و على المنزل الجميل

Alina's was very attentive, her place was roomie and comfortable. We got the experience of a local neighborhood, close to transportation and all shopping. We would stay there again.

Great detailed thinking, we stayed for a week and they thought about every single thing that anybody needed to stay. We saw comments about insect issues but faced nothing. Thanks for the cozy vibe.

Our family of six absolutely loved our stay at Sinan's spacious apartment in Istanbul! The generous layout provided ample room for everyone, and the fully-equipped accommodation offered everything needed for an ideal city getaway. The location is truly exceptional - just minutes from the metro station and a short stroll to the tram line that takes you directly to the city center. Convenience is key with several small supermarkets literally steps from the front door. Sinan proved to be an outstanding host. His responsiveness was impressive, even when we arrived late in the evening. His kindness extended to arranging airport transportation for our departure, which made our trip ending stress-free. We couldn't have asked for a better experience and wholeheartedly recommend this apartment to anyone visiting this magnificent city!

We had a wonderful stay at Gulsah's home. She was very responsive and helpful throughout our stay. Place is close to metro and short ride or nice walk to main attractions.

Furkan bey iyi niyetli bir arkadaştır. Her sorumuza sabır ile cevap verdi sanki yıllarca tanıdığım bir arkadaşım gibiydi. Eviniz bulunduğu yer güzel ve sakindi. Sakin olmasının yanında ulaşımı çok rahattı. Sadece biraz yokuş vardı ama İstanbul yedi tepe zaten çoğu yerde yokuş var. Teşekkürler Furkan arkadaş.
