Amazing stay really good unfortunately i didn't read the AC part there is only a fan and im guessing its in the summer still one of the best stays ever good price and everything is near us from supermarkets and restaurants would recommend also i will be coming back

The place was charming, cosy and clean. Staying during summer the lower level it is situated meant it kept naturally cool. The location was ideal, between Rapperswil and Jona with good ÖV connections, access to shops, restaurants, culture and nature. The host was responsive to communications and friendly when we met during check-in. Would stay here again

Bei meiner Ankunft wurde ich mit einer unvergleichlichen Gastfreundschaft begrüßt, und ich möchte sie für die Qualität und Professionalität ihres Empfangs loben. Die von mir gewählte Wohnung entsprach perfekt der Beschreibung, und die Ausstattung war einwandfrei und bot allen notwendigen Komfort für einen angenehmen Aufenthalt. Darüber hinaus ist die Lage sowohl leicht erreichbar als auch äußerst ruhig und entspannend. Umgebung bietet zahlreiche Möglichkeiten für Spaziergänge und Erkundungen. Zusammenfassend, wenn Sie nach einer Unterkunft suchen, die außergewöhnliche Gastfreundschaft, Komfort und eine friedliche Umgebung bietet, empfehle ich Ihnen nachdrücklich, bei Maja und Urs zu buchen. We stayed at Cosmopolitan apartments upon our arrival to Zurich. After a long and difficult overnight flight, we just wanted to rest and relax. Michael was attentive to our needs and made it possible for us to check in early, which was great for us. We arrived at the studio apartment and found it pristine clean and comfortable, with all the amenities as described. It is a modern, well maintained, professionally managed apartment/studio located in a nice and quiet neighborhood. The downtown area is just a short walk from the apartment. We enjoyed walking through the peaceful neighborhood on our way to the busy downtown area. Communication with our host was effortless. He responded always within minutes, and always helpful. We highly recommend this place, and would love to come back one day.

The place was nice, when you come in really felt comfort, beautiful view from the window, but the window mostly broken to open - need to be repaired. It’s suitable to live with couple, not family… because the apartment at 4th floor and up with stairs. Everything was perfect and nice, if possible of the kitchen had a microwave also not only the oven.

Great location within 25 minutes walking distance to the train station and 30 minutes to the centre of Zürich. Also lots of public transport options nearby for a shorter journey. The place was clean and looked like the pictures. The area felt safe and had lots of restaurants and shops nearby. Would recommend staying here if you are visiting Zürich.

Die Zimmer sind wie beschrieben, sehr ruhig, sauber. Es gab 2 Tetrapaks Wasser, die Küche war für einen kurzen Aufenthalt ausgestattet und auch im Bad hat alles gepasst. Mich persönlich hat die Lage mitten im Rotlichtviertel bei der Ankunft etwas gestört, aber man ist zentral und im Hotel kriegt man nichts mit. Das Hotel an sich war Top.

The place was exactly as described. The check in and out process was easy. The location is great for walking or getting local public transport.
