I stayed at this lovely Airbnb in Pervolia, Larnaca for one night and had an absolutely wonderful experience. Originally, I booked the stay to view some local properties as I’m considering relocating to the area. Although the property I intended to view wasn’t available at a convenient time, this turned out to be a blessing in disguise—I ended up having an incredibly relaxing and enjoyable stay. The host, Kennith, was excellent—very responsive and accommodating, answering all my enquiries promptly. The property itself was beautiful, well-maintained, and located in a peaceful area within walking distance to the beach. I took a serene walk along the shoreline towards the lighthouse and finished the day with a fantastic meal at a nearby restaurant (Theta) that could easily rival those in the world’s most upscale destinations. I would highly recommend this Airbnb to anyone looking for a tranquil retreat in a charming coastal village. I’m already looking forward to my next visit!

Andreas' Villa is a very nice House. It looks exactly, like in the pictures, everything as advertised. We really enjoyed our stay and would definitely come again <3. Liked the occasional cat visits ;-). We even got an inbetween cleaning for free (we stayed 10 days) which we really appreciated, never had that in an air bnb. We recommend a car to get around the island, many nice things in short driving distance. A pre-saisonal visit is recommended too, not too many people everywhere. And last, but certainly not least: Andreas is a top host! Always very fast in answering, very welcoming host, even got a lasagna form for me,as I asked, if there is one and it wasn't. Overall: We recommend this place to everyone

We rented the hiuse for 2 adults and 3 children. the accomodation in the rooms worked perfectly for us. A car is definitly needed for shoping and getting around. The beach is about 5 minutes walk from the house and the pool was very clean. The house was very clean and neat. At first we had some problems with the wi-fi, but Claire was fast to resolve the problem and sent someone to fix it. There is a broblem with fastidiouse ants but all on all it was good and we had a great time. I definitly recomend this house for a vacarion in Cyprus and Claire as a hostess. Thank you again. A private villa, in a quiet area of the busy town of Aya Napa that has every amenity needed. Check in was easy and flexible. The accommodation had everything we needed - like home from home! The location was great for walking into the centre for restaurants but quiet and peaceful enough to chill. Only a 5minute walk to the beach. The kitchen had sufficient facilities and was well appointed. Bedrooms and bathrooms were comfortable. Didn’t need the ac as it was still cool. The pool area was large and spacious. Great time for all the family. Thank you.

We had a fabulous stay in this beautiful, spacious villa. Very quiet location with a gorgeous view. Very well equipped with glasses, crockery, cooking utensils, towels & a few extras like cleaning products. The pool table was greatly enjoyed. Outside areas were clean & comfortable & although very cold, the pool was great. The midstay clean was done to an excellent standard. We would rate this 5⭐⭐ ⭐⭐⭐ & would definitely book again. Needs new pool cues & chalk. Highchair needs straps. Plastic cups needed for poolside.

Our group of 8 including children had a brilliant 9 night stay. The house itself has all the basics. Showers and the bbq were particularly good. Location is excellent for a quiet family holiday; walking distance to Ayia Thekla beach which is perfect for younger kids who like to paddle. The restaurant there is also lovely and family friendly (onsite play area). We had cars so we could explore further but there is enough within walking distance to do without one if you want a very local, quiet holiday.

Superbe villa atypique ! Intimiste et très bien équipée ! Cuisine bien équipée. Climatisation dans toute la villa La piscine est géniale avec douche extérieure et terrasse ombragée . Le logement est bien situé, l’entrée dans le logement est simple. Nous avons beaucoup apprécié notre séjour et particulièrement l’excellente communication avec l’hôte, vraiment réactif et arrangeant. The villa is great for 10x people. It’s located 10 mins walk from shops, and 15 mins walk from Nissi Beach. Also, worth noting has a really good sized pool. The check-in details were easy to follow, and Maureen helped sort Late check out due to an afternoon return flight. The villa was slightly dirty when we arrived, although it was communicated this was due to the previous group who had stayed. However, this did not take away from the villa which was perfect for what we needed. Overall, I would 100% recommend!

A very well-built and quite unusual house, minimalist (contemporary art deco), very spacious but also surprisingly comfortable. We were there the last week of October which was lovely as the days were still warm and breezy but the nights were much cooler. The location/views were great. It is quite close to Lefkara which is a picturesque village (but in busy times potentially touristy) village. Otherwise somewhat remote which is what we wanted (but 5 minutes to motorway which then takes you anywhere and distances in Cyprus are not large). We all loved the animals that were housed next door with Janos (kids spent a lot of time with the animals), who was great looking after everything and made everyone feel welcome. The pool is great, very large. It can be heated either by solar energy or electrically. (For colder months, you'd need electrical heating which could be energy-intensive). Great host. Would definitely return.

Overall a nice and relaxing stay at a well equipped villa. Rui and his partner are responsive hosts. They gave us useful recommendations and helped make our stay as comfortable as possible. The villa is super well located with easy access to the airport, shops and a lovely beach (within a 5-15 min drive). Villa is also extremely quiet! Worth saying that the villa is well equipped with everything a guest could desire including a reliable AC system and a modern kitchen. The outside area is nice but the pool is superb - one of the best pools ive experienced. There is also a really nice grill area and a pretty garden. Unfortunately the outdoor, indoor cinemas, and the front gate are not currently operational but hopefully this is fixed soon. Be aware that the garden has a very diverse fauna, in case you are particularly scared of various animals including bats, lizards and rodents. I would recommend booking this villa in case you are coming to the Larnaca area.

We had a wonderful stay at this villa. The place is well-maintained, very clean, and spacious. It was a real pleasure to be guests here. The pool is large and very pleasant, and the overall atmosphere was relaxing and comfortable. The hosts were kind, generous, and welcoming. We would definitely love to come back again

Vi fik en fin modtagelse ved ankomst til feriestedet, boligen var pæn, ren, og ikke mindst velholdt. Manos er en fantasktisk og meget behagelig vært. Vi havde hjemmefra bestilt lidt forplejning samt drikkevarer der gerne måtte være klar ved ankomst, køleskabet viste sig at indeholde langt mere end vi kunne ønske, hvorfor vi følte os velkommen fra vi trådt ind i boligen, til vi 10 dage senere forlod stedet igen. Vi havde 3 børn med på turen, og fordi vi var der i Påsken havde Manos uopfordret lagt lækre chocolade æg samt påskekyllinger til børnene, og dette ganske uopfordret, hvilket vi satte stor pris på. Endnu en fordel er at Manos selv bor i umiddelbar nærhed af huset, hvorfor det er ganske nemt at opretholde en god kommunikation, og hurtigt få svar på eventuellle spørgsmål. Skal vi på en senere tidspunkt tilbage til Cypern, vil vi helt sikkert vælge denne bolig. Vi vil virkelig anbefale denne bolig som et kommende feriemål. Vi vil helt sikkert huske denne ferie på Cypern.

This villa is spectacular. Beautifully designed inside and, in particular, outside. The level of sophistication extends to the glassware, cutlery and facilities inside and out. This is the perfect family villa. Do take note that there are only 6 beds (3 queens and 3 kids bunk beds) catering for 9 people - not 9 beds as advertised. We had to book a second villa to cater for our full group as a result. That said, we highly recommend this villa for families - it is the best I’ve seen on Airbnb and we will definitely be returning.

I’d like to start with the bottom line of our stay at this Cyprus property — we had a great time! As a big family of 12 people, spanning three generations (the youngest being 14 years old), the house offered enough rooms to ensure everyone could have their own space, while also providing plenty of common areas — both indoors and outdoors — for us to gather, relax, and enjoy meals together as a family. Marissa, our host, was incredibly helpful and attentive throughout our entire stay. She was always quick to respond to questions and offered great local recommendations, which definitely enhanced our experience. It should be noted that the beds were not particularly comfortable, which affected our sleep quality. The kitchen could use a few more utensils to make meal preparation easier. All in all, we thoroughly enjoyed our time at this property!

The White House Villa is a classy and pleasant place to stay in Cyprus. The villa is well-designed, thoughtfully laid out and has all the amenities required. The surrounding neighbourhood is sparse but very private and quiet, with easy access to the beautiful beaches and shops. Samer, the host, was responsive and always willing to help. I highly recommend this property and look forward to returning one day.

A very beautiful house, we definitely recommend it. There's plenty of space, and the outdoor shower is a great idea to avoid bringing sand inside. The pool is illuminated, making it pleasant to swim after dark. The built-in grill is perfect for an evening dinner. It's a very peaceful place, not far from Nissi Beach, just 8-10 minutes by car. It's also very close to the highway. Highly recommended!

We had such a wonderful time at dream Tropicana! The villa was spotlessly clean and had everything we needed to feel right at home, from a fully equipped kitchen to a washing machine. The private pool was amazing—it was the perfect place to unwind and enjoy some relaxation. The location is just perfect—quiet and peaceful, yet still close to the beautiful beach of Ayia Thekla. We loved that the villa is in a private neighborhood, which made it extra relaxing for us. The balcony and outdoor dining area were such a bonus, giving us the chance to enjoy meals with a lovely view. We’re a family of four, and the kids absolutely loved the pool and the garden. The host was super friendly and responsive to all our questions, making sure we had everything we needed. We can’t recommend this place enough for families or couples looking for a peaceful and private getaway in Ayia Napa. We’ll definitely be back!

Great place for vacation. Weather ruined the whole stay for us but this morning had the sunshine at least for few hours! Good lounge, large garden and comfi beds. It was spacecious house. Highly recommended.

The house is right by the sea, with an amazing view and a peaceful garden full of trees and plants. The host was very helpful and provided all the information we needed to feel at home. חמישה לילות שהינו בוילה כריסטינה ,שלושת ילדי ,חברה ואני ,חמישה בוגרים סה"כ. הוילה התאימה לנו בול לאופי המשפחתי שלנו ומייד הרגשנו בבית. המטבח מאובזר במיוחד ,השירותים נקיים מאוד ,החדרים נוחים והמצעים והמגבות מריחים טוב. הבריכה היא פינוק אמיתי ,לא היה יום שלא נכנסנו לתוכה וחוף הים היה נפלא. כל הבית היה מתוחזק מאוד ושום דבר לא היה חסר ,עד הפרט הקטן ביותר כמו שנאי לחשמל. הוראות מדויקות מאוד לכניסה ויציאה מהנכס וכל שאלה שהיתה לנו נענתה מיידית עי כריסטינה. אם אתם ללא רכב ,כמו שאנחנו היינו ,תוכלו לבקש מכריסטינה את מספר הטלפון של ג'ורג ,נהג מונית מנוסה שעשה לנו את החופשה לטובה בהרבה.יש לו אנגלית מצוינת וידע הסטורי וכללי נרחב.לגורג יש מונית גדולה. ללא ספק אמליץ לחברי על וילה כריסטינה.חופשה רגועה,משפחתית מושלמת.
