Ferienunterkünfte mit Pool in 5th arrondissement

We stayed at Lionel’s Place for 8 days and it was great , very peaceful and private , though we had some issues with mosquitoes because of the heat we left some window open, and we later bought mosquito repellent to use in the rooms , but apart from that we had no other issues with the place.

La péniche est superbe, les chambres sont très confortables. Parfait pour un groupe de 10. Merci pour l’accueil.

Excellent séjour en famille ! La piscine est un énorme plus. Assez grande pour plusieurs adultes. Belle maison confortable ! barbecue et table de ping pong au top pour passer de bon moments.

We've just had an incredible week at Béatrice’s house. First of all, it's so spacious, across three floors & a basement, with tasteful decor, air conditioning, fast WiFi, and all the mod cons. The garden & private pool are beautiful - you feel like you're in the countryside, despite being a few minutes from a bustling town centre. Gaston the cat is gorgeous, and loves attention. The location is perfect - you're not in the city centre, but you're a short walk from a train station which will bring you to St. Lazare in a matter of minutes, from early in the morning 'till very late at night, making the whole city easily accessible. Béatrice has been very helpful and responsive. Checking in and out is a breeze. It's an absolutely perfect property. Thank you!

Notre séjour s'est très bien passé. Nous nous sommes senties accueillies amicalement, dans une jolie maison, avec un beau jardin, et une vue magnifique. Laurence est très réactive. Elle a eu de jolies attentions pour nous. Quelle chance de côtoyer les jolies poules rousses et de rencontrer la chatte de la maison (très indépendante), avec laquelle on a envie de faire amie amie.. Et les bonnes cerises ! Miam, Bref, nous recommandons sans réserves et nous reviendrons avec plaisir. Merci Laurence

Le logement est fidèle aux descriptions. Il est très agréable et très propre. Clément est très réactif et sympathique. La piscine vraiment super.

Excellent séjour chez Zarko! Nous avons été particulièrement bien accueillies et nous en sommes très reconnaissantes (ajout d’un lit parapluie pour le bébé, attention particulière portée au chauffage…) Le lieu est superbe et reposant, c’est exactement ce que nous recherchions pour couper un peu d’avec le quotidien! Propreté irréprochable, literie confortable, possibilité de se garer sur place. Je recommande

The apartment was very comfortable and was also in a great area of Paris. Such easy access to grocery stores and bakeries many recommended by the host too. Views are amazing and a very well appointed kitchen. Our host also was very accommodating with us when timing and plans changed and assisted us with holding our luggage in the apartment on our day of departure. Made our stay in Paris super comfortable with enough room for the whole family.

Nous avons passé un très bon séjour dans ce logement. La vue sur la Tour Eiffel est juste incroyable. Les lits sont extrêmement comfortables. Boris était réactif quand on a eu beaucoup de lui. On voulait être proche de La Défense et la gare de Puteaux située à 1min du logement de Boris nous y amenait à seulement très rapidement ou parfois on marchait. Le seul hic, c’est l’escalier à l’entrée de l’immeuble quand on a beaucoup de bagages. Mais en toute franchise, on tous a adoré rester ici pour quelques jours. Merci Boris pour cet accueil! On y retournera si l’occasion se présente.

Sora was an excellent host! Very responsive and assisted with anything that was needed. The location is great with lost of restaurants and shops within walking distance. There is even a supermarket next door which was perfect for an air bnb stay. The view if the Eiffel Tower was beautiful. I would definitely stay here again! The neighborhood also felt safe.

Roland is great host and a real gentleman. Gracious and generous, informative and responsive. The apartment is spacious and beautifully furnished, reflecting Roland and Sylvie’s superb taste and attention. This is their home and therefore you will be in a true Parisian atmosphere. The building is in an apartment complex, but there are real advantages in terms of quiet and security…And the apartment!! First class. Other amenities…It’s a five minute walk to the #12 Metro line, which is a direct shot to many of the most notable museums and sites, and the similarly close #80 bus goes by the Champs Elysses and near the Eiffel Tower. There are wonderful restaurants within minutes on Rue Caulaincourt, as well as a Carefours grocery and amazing Boulangerie right out the back. This Montemartre neighborhood is real. This is a special place, not a hotel-like ABnB. It’s personal, beautiful and invites thoughtful occupation. If we return to Paris we wouldn’t look for any other apartment.

Heerlijk ruime en gezellige woning, van alles voorzien en met 2 fijne badkamers en 2 aparte toiletten superfijn voor een gezin met tieners! In de buurt is genoeg te eten en drinken en met de metro ben je snel overal waar je wilt in Parijs. Om het huis en de garage binnen te komen heb je wel een handleiding nodig, maar Dimitri ontving ons zelf en heeft het duidelijk uitgelegd. De parkeergarage is super (wel wat krap en spannend om binnen te rijden) Voor onze 2 jongens waren het zwembad en de sportzaal een hele grote plus! Dimitri is een fijne host en goed bereikbaar.

Wir waren für insgesamt 5 Übernachtungen in Nellys Studio und waren sehr zufrieden. Die Metro war fussläufig gut zu erreichen und damit optimaler Ausgangspunkt um in Paris überall hinzukommen. Nelly selbst war eine sehr freundliche, zuvorkommende Gastgeberin. Im Studio hat es uns an nichts gefehlt, es war alles vorhanden um sich selbst zu versorgen. Paris war mal wieder definitiv eine Reise wert, wir werden wiederkommen.

This is a hidden gem. Spacious and comfortable. We felt right at home for our week stay in Paris. The property was stocked and Debby was very communicative if we had any questions about anything. The mall is walking distance from the property so food was easily accessible with plenty of options. Our group loved that the most. Highly recommend and I would stay there again should I find myself back in France.

Nous avons passé un bon séjour chez Cécile. Appartement avec tout ce dont on a besoin. Coquet,doué avec jolie vue. Sécurisé et bien situé. Très bien pour une escapade parisienne.
