We waren met een gezin van 7 waarvan 2 kinderen. De kinderen hadden veel ruimte om te spelen en de zwembaden waren een pluspunt. Snelle communicatie en het was een prachtig appartement. Strand dichtbij waar de drukte was, maar ook veel rust binnen het appartementencomplex. Sarah was een fijne host!

We spent four nights in this apartment, from February 23 to 27, 2025. The apartment is absolutely spectacular—it’s very pleasant (with parquet flooring instead of tiles), and the view from the balcony is breathtaking. The balcony is very spacious, making it perfect for enjoying breakfast or dinner. The bed mattresses are extremely comfortable, and the kitchen even includes a coffee machine. The apartment is located in the most stunning part of the Dubai Marina area. The check-in process was very easy and smooth. The owner provided us with two keys and two access cards for the building. Additionally, the apartment has a dedicated parking space with its own access card. As a bonus, there is a store on the ground floor of the building that sells alcoholic beverages. 🙂 A five star property!

I had an amazing stay at this fabulous apartment! It’s brand new, beautifully designed, and equipped with all the amenities you could ask for. The parking is extremely convenient, and the check-in process was seamless, making everything hassle-free from the start. What truly sets this experience apart is Rami, the host. He is one of the best hosts I’ve ever encountered—helpful, responsive, and always available when needed. His attentiveness made the stay even more enjoyable. I highly recommend this place and would definitely stay here again!

Laith is an exceptional host. He took really good care of our needs as we were travelling as a small family with two small kids. He even showed us around in the greens and springs to help us feel like a local.

My parents used the unit during their stay in Dubai. They told me that they loved it. It was in walking distance to my place and they enjoyed their short walks. Mohammad is kind and responsive host. I would recommend it to anyone who is looking for a home like unit to stay in Dubai.

Great place with awesome views! The building is secure and has a direct access from the freeway, which makes it very easy to get to. The only issue is that most of the delivery drivers struggled to find, maybe the building is new, but most of the drivers had to make 1–2 rounds before finally finding the lobby :) The building is located in a great spot, lots of walking, scooters and bikes are available to move around. Since its the first building on the street, the restaurants are few minutes walk away, which is great because it cuts down noise level.

We stayed in the villa as a family and had an absolutely amazing time. The property exceeded our expectations — it’s even more beautiful than the photos and description suggest. From the moment we arrived, we felt completely at home. Jawad was incredibly welcoming and waited for us despite our late arrival, making the check-in process seamless. The kitchen is exceptionally well-equipped, which made cooking a pleasure, and the garden is beautifully designed and immaculately maintained — a perfect space to relax and enjoy the outdoors. Overall, we had a fabulous stay and would love to come back again. Highly recommended!

We had such a great time here. As soon as we walked in, we were all so impressed. The interior design is beautiful, modern, elegant, and really well put together. The house had everything we needed, from a fully equipped kitchen to clean and stylish bathrooms, and super cozy beds with really nice bedding. It felt like a home, but with a luxury twist. The private swimming pool was definitely one of the highlights, perfect for relaxing during the day or having fun with friends and family. We also loved the outdoor barbecue area, which made for some really great chill nights and meals together. The location was also a big plus. It’s really close to Dubai Hills Mall, just a few minutes’ drive to both Dubai Mall and Mall of the Emirates, and there’s a huge park nearby that’s perfect for walks or just hanging out. Hosts were very helpful and responsive. This place is so perfect for relaxing group trip—we didn’t want to leave and would definitely come back! Highly recommended 5/5!

Michael me recebeu muito bem. Quarto grande e exatamente como está nas fotos. Cama muito confortável. Perto da Estação DMCC facilitando o acesso a atrações como o Burj Khalifa, Dubai Mall e o Museu do Futuro

Très bon séjour. L’hôte, Michael, a su très bien nous accueillir malgré l’heure d’arrivée tardive. Il a su être clair malgré le fait que je ne parle pas beaucoup anglais et nous donner des conseils sur différentes activités. Le logement est très bien situé avec de nombreuses activités dans les alentours. Mention spécial pour Mohamed qui a été au top avec nous et qui a appris à parler en Français 😂 Je recommande fortement ce logement.

As a property run by a top-tier host, everything was flawless—from cleanliness and interior design to host communication. The interior was especially impressive: minimalist yet full of character, and I learned a lot just by staying here. Many Airbnbs in Dubai are managed by third-party companies, which often results in lower overall satisfaction compared to other cities. However, this place seems to be managed directly by the host and their acquaintances, making it exceptionally well-maintained and thoughtfully run. It’s easily the best accommodation in the Silicon Oasis area—highly recommended

We had - for the third time- a wonderful time in Amin‘s beautiful and spacious apartment on the 53rd floor with a great view. This time we were blessed not only to see a gorgeous sunrise from our balcony but also a colorful sunset. Amin is a great and flexible host and always just a text away. It always feels like coming home to Dubai and Amin‘s cosy apartment. Thank you dear Amin for being such a great and caring host !

Nagyszerű szállás, ennél jobb lokációt pedig nehéz elképzelni a Pálma szigeteken. Ár-érték arányban kiváló választás, azonban a szálláshelyre egy felújítás már nagyon ráférne. Több olyan dolog is megtalálható volt a szálláshelyen ami máshol nem szokott: professzionális kávégép,háztartási kellékek pl, só, olaj stb, több babaágy, babakocsi és még játékok is a gyerekeknek.

Stunning Boho Apartment with Breathtaking Beach Views! Our stay in this gorgeous apartment was absolutely perfect! The views of the beach were stunning, and the space itself was so beautifully decorated and comfortable. Brian and Beth were fantastic hosts—so welcoming and thoughtful. They went above and beyond to ensure our stay was unforgettable. We couldn’t have asked for a better place to relax and enjoy The Palm. This place is a gem and we can not wait to return! Highly recommend!

Eine sehr schöne Wohnung mit Tiefgaragenplatz in Top-Lage und einem sehr guten Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis. Die Kommunikation mit der Gastgeberin war hervorragend – sie war stets freundlich, hilfsbereit und hat immer schnell und zuverlässig geantwortet. Die Wohnung war sauber, gut ausgestattet und wir haben uns rundum wohlgefühlt. Wir kommen gerne wieder und können die Unterkunft absolut weiterempfehlen!

Super logement nous avons adoré y séjourner. L’emplacement est idéal on est proches de la marina mais aussi de JBR. On a pu faire pas mal de choses à pied. Le parking gratuit est un grand atout. La piscine du Marriott et la salle de sport accessible sont la cerise sur le gâteau. Merci infiniment à Zunayd et Omid.
