This stylish Pod is perfectly positioned above Edlingham Vale, with the Simonside hills beyond. Deep in the heart of North Northumberland, amenities in Alnwick and activities are just a 10 minute drive away. Next to the Pod, there is parking for 2 cars. Our Pod overlooks the hilltop Farm Steading of Overthwarts, giving panoramic views of the countryside. With your own private gated entrance, you can come and go as you please or enjoy the views from the comfort of the wood fired Kirami hot tub.

Skylark Seaview Studio

Welcome to our self-contained hilltop studio surrounded by fields and panoramic views over the Northumbrian coast. A place to unwind and reconnect with nature. Located within walking distance of a remote outstretched beach and just a few miles from the coastal village of Alnmouth and historical village of Warkworth. Alnmouth train station is only a 5 minute drive. From here you can travel directly to Edinburgh in 1 hour. The studio features an open plan sleeping/ living area with a kitchen.

Located in a quiet historic coaching village with easy access to the A1. Whether visiting the coast or national park it is a perfect base to see the delights of Northumberland. The property offers luxury accommodation for up to 7 people with bed linen, towels and wifi provided.

The Annex in Belford tiny place with a big heart

The Annex is a 260yr old listed building originally a tiny hay barn, recently renovated to a high standard that provides our guests with a comfortable stay with light breakfast included and is perfect for that well deserved break. Please note this is adults only. Because of size of Annex. WE CANT ACCEPT LARGE DOGS. unfortunately there isn’t enough room. But we love seeing all the different dogs who come on their holidays happily enjoying themselves in the very safe fenced courtyard.

Two Bed Police House-Cottage-Ensuite

Charming stone cottages with 2 ensuite bedrooms upstairs and open plan kitchen/diner and sitting rooms downstairs. All set in lovely secure gardens, with open views across the old village and ancient church. Perfect for 2 couples or slightly larger family group (4-6). Great location in the heart of Embleton, close to the village shop, garage, pubs and restaurants and only 10 minutes' walk to the beach. Be aware there is an additional charge for pets of £10 per pet per night.

The Black Triangle Cabin

The Black Triangle Cabin is a peaceful getaway situated on our property just outside of Jedburgh, a historic town in the heart of the Scottish Borders. The Cabin sleeps 2 people in a king size bed, with a separate living/kitchen space boasting views through the woods and across the fields. If you keep an eye out, you may see the deer that pass through regularly, or even hear our resident owl. Ideally located only an hour from Edinburgh, Newcastle and the St Abbs coastline.

Based on a working farm, you are able to see an abundance of wildlife and livestock whilst experiencing the Northumbrian Countryside. A 15 minute drive to the historic market town of Alnwick where you can wonder around the famous "Harry Potter" Castle and Gardens and quaint independent retailers around the town.

The Old Station Cottage is a pet friendly old railway cottage located between Belford and Bamburgh. The property has been finished to a high standard and provides comfortable accommodation. Within a 4 mile drive you can be in the popular village of Bamburgh where you can enjoy the unspoilt beach or have a walk around Bamburgh Castle. Belford is only 1 mile away and has a supermarket, pubs and a hotel.

The cottage is blessed with wonderful views and is bathed in morning light. For colder months my home is cosy with central heating and a wood burning stove; perfect to relax in front of after exploring the island .
