Ferienunterkünfte mit Waschmaschine und Trockner in Adriatic Sea

We are a family with two young boys and we enjoyed our stay in a great location in Shkoder. we were able to walk everywhere around the city centre. we had everything we needed in the apartment and it was good for relaxing after a day of sightseeing. Orlando was very nice to us and we won't stay there again if we came back.

A nice apartment with all we needed during our time there and it is in a good location with a local supermarket, numerous bars, cafes and restaurants and local beach with swimming area - an ideal spot to watch the sunset over the Adriatic in the evening - within a few minutes walk and last, but not least, host Vlaho who was both friendly and helpful - everything you need for a good trip!!! This apartment is a wonderful choice, especially for longer stays. While it's a bit away from the city center, there are two large, modern shopping malls just around the corner. The balcony offers a stunning panoramic view of the city. The kitchen is modern and fully equipped, and every detail has been thoughtfully considered. It’s clean, cozy, and truly feels like home.

Alles was Top von Komunikation bis hin zum Aparment war alles Markelos. Sehr zu empfehlen sehr Gastfreundlich und das Apartment hatte alles was man braucht. Man musste sich um nichts kümmern von Küche bis Badeutensillien bis Bettzeug alles vorhanden alles seeehr sauber und hygienisch und frisch. Gerne wieder. Ganz liebe Grüße

Excellent séjour chez Panajot et sa femme Helena, très accueillants, souriants et serviables. Helena était d'une gentillesse irréprochable et très très serviable. Le logement très propre et bien équipé avec une vue imprenable sur la mer. Toutes commodités à proximité. Je recommande ce logement et surtout le service proposé par les hôtes à toute la communauté de Airbnb. Merci beaucoup Helena pour avoir fait de notre séjour une expérience inoubliable 🙏

We had a fabulous time at Josipa’s apartment. It was modern, clean, comfortable and the views were stunning! Josipa was a great host, allowing us to check in a little early, and stay a little longer. This was a great location to relax by the ocean and explore the area. We hope to come back someday.

Super location ! At the entrance of old city. Near to bars & restaurants! The apartment has a very nice decoration ! Renovated ! Small complex but all you need to enjoy Nike’s great recommendations for food, coffee and tourism. Highly recommended. Thanks Nike !

Außergewöhnlich viel Platz, toller Garten, super liebe Hosts, sehr gastfreundlich, süße liebe Katze, wir konnten auch umsonst waschen. Der Preis mehr als fair! Gerne wieder :)

Alfred begrüßte uns persönlich und war zu jeder Zeit schnell erreichbar, die Lage ist nahezu perfekt, ruhig, aber trotzdem mittendrin, es geht kaum besser! Wir würden definitiv wieder kommen :)

Excellent séjour dans ce lieu paisible et très calme. La maison au milieu des oliviers est vraiment agréable. Les hôtes ont été extrêmement charmants et très serviables. Ils nous ont par exemple autorisés à utiliser la prise électrique du jardin pour recharger notre véhicule électrique la nuit, ce qui a été un plus pour nous, les stations de recharge dans la région n'étant pas très nombreuses. Un gain de temps appréciable pour notre séjour. Nous recommandons cette location.

Er mooi appartement met super mooi uitzicht op de zonsondergang! Prachtig! Erg rustige en fijne plek. Met privé parkeerplaatsen voor onze motoren. Snelle reactie op onze vragen. De weg erheen is goed te vinden met de toegestuurde foto’s. Zeker aan te raden!

Ein super sauberes Apartment. Wir waren sehr zufrieden und haben uns wohl gefühlt. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind auf kurzem Wege erreichbar. Erinda ist sehr freundlich und antwortet schnell.

Unser Aufenthalt im Appartement REA in Medulin war rundum gelungen! Die Unterkunft war sehr sauber, modern und gemütlich eingerichtet, mit einer tollen Terrasse zum Entspannen. Die Lage ist ruhig, aber dennoch nah am Strand und an Restaurants. Besonders erwähnen möchten wir den freundlichen Eigentümer Vedran, der sich stets erkundigt hat, ob wir etwas benötigen. Ein wunderbarer Ort zum Abschalten – wir kommen gerne wieder und empfehlen das Appartement REA von Herzen weiter!

I really enjoyed my stay here. Roana provided clear instructions on where to find the appartment. The appartment is clean and has everything you need. It is close to the big park and there are many shops nearby.

Öncelikle marija çok güler yüzlü ve yardımcı. Konakladığımız yer anlatıldığı gibi çok temiz ve konforluydu. Marija hem kaldığımız süre boyunca yardımcı oldu hem de havaalanına gidiş- dönüş transferlerimize kadar düşünüp, ayarlamalar yaptı. Evde bir çok ikram düşünülmüştü. Yabancı bir ülkede olmamamıza rağmen evin mutfağının tüm soslara, baharatlara kadar donanımlı olması, banyoda çamaşır deterjanından kişisel hijyen malzemesine kadar her şeyin hazır olması tam bir ev konforu yaşattı. Ev çok merkezi, büyük marketlere, günlük Alışveriş dükkanlarına çok yakın. Sahile yürüyüş mesafesi. Konakladığımız süre boyunca bize hem rehberlik yaptı hem de irtibat halinde oldu. Bize ilk Airbnb deneyimini bu kadar yüksek çıtadan yaşattığı için çok teşekkür ederiz.

Giorgio est un hôte très sympathique et réactifs. L’appartement est propre et bien rangé et dispose d’une climatisation. La plage et le centre ville sont accessibles à pied et il y a un parking gratuit à 15 minutes de l’appartement. L’endroit est calme et près de la côte. Giorgio était toujours disponible en cas de besoin et habite juste dans l’appartement d’à côté. Nous recommandons ce airbnb!

I strongly recommend this place as it has everything you need, is quiet, is near all the beaches, restaurants and supermarkets, and Jelena is very helpful should you need anything. I cannot recommend this place enough.

L’appartement est situé dans une petite allée. Heureusement que Rajko est venu nous chercher, on n’aurait pas trop seul. L’appartement est grand. La déco est à l’ancienne, mais cela donne un esprit vintage, pour des vacances, cela passe. La plage est à 15/20 min à pied, avec de belles marches à gravir, cela fait les cuisses ! 😉 Courage !
