Excellent communication and the host was very friendly. A good location to Perissa beach and several restaurants around the area.

Η διαμονή μου στον χώρο Vasilios & Cynthia ήταν εξαιρετική. Ο χώρος ανταποκρίνεται πλήρως στις απαιτήσεις των ταξιδιωτών. Οι φωτογραφίες ανταποκρίνονται πλήρως στην πραγματικότητα. Το δωμάτιο ήταν εύχρηστο και οι χώροι του πολύ άνετοι. Ο Βασίλης είναι εξαιρετικός οικοδεσπότης.Πολύ επικοινωνιακός και πολύ ευγενικός. Θα επιστρέψω σε αυτό το κατάλυμα. Σίγουρα προτεινόμενο.

We we're 4 people. And were grateful that we could check in a bit earlier. The place was very easy to find and just a few meters from the bus stop in perissa. Clean rooms and had everything in it. We had a cooker, microwave, kettle and a sandwich press. So you can definitely make some food or reheat leftovers. They also have car rentals. Easy communication. Overall we were satisfied and would highly recommend this place. 👍

Cute place close to the beach. Very reasonably priced and a friendly staff. I didn’t like not knowing where I was going until very last minute especially coming from another country. Also, there are no towels for the beach, but overall a great stay and I would definitely stay again.

Host was communicative and helpful. The property was within feet of the black beach. The room was cleaned daily.

Pięć gwiazdek to za mało. Fantastyczny gospodarz, fantastyczne miejsce. Markos to najbardziej pozytywny gospodarz, jakiego mieliśmy w historii naszych podróży. Można na niego liczyć w każdej chwili i w każdej sytuacji. Dosłownie od wylądowania na Santorini do pożegnania cały czas służył pomocą i wsparciem. Dzięki niemu nasz pobyt na wyspie będzie niezapomniany. Sam apartament idealny; wyposażony we wszystko, co niezbędne w trakcie wakacji, położony w spokojnej okolicy, a jednocześnie w niedalekim zasięgu wszystkich atrakcji na wyspie. Bezapelacyjne sześć gwiazdek. Jeszcze raz dziękujemy Markos! Pozdrawiamy serdecznie!

Excellent séjour, Hôte réactive et très accueillante qui vous aide à préparer au mieux votre séjour. Emplacement à 5 min d’Oia en voiture. Correspond parfaitement pour un séjour à deux nous recommandons ☺️

Geweldige week gehad in dit appartement. Midden op het eiland, met de auto is alles max 20/25 min afstand. Eigen parkeerplaats! Op loopafstand ook gewoon supermarkten en winkels/eettentjes. Comfortabele bedden , lichte /open inrichting precies zoals de foto's. Fijne jacuzzi. 3 buitenruimtes. Dimitris op 20 meter afstand om alles aan te vragen.

Excellent emplacement pour visiter l'île, au calme et proche de toutes les commodités et de la plage. Grand merci à Markos et Pedros pour toutes leurs gentilles attentions, et leurs conseils qui nous ont permis de profiter pleinement de notre séjour. Merci également de nous avoir permis de disposer de l'appartement plus tôt que prévu Je recommande sans hésitation !

Mr. Kostas reached out to us in plenty of time, set everything up from our transfers, rental cars, excursions, dinners, sunset cruise, etc. He MADE out trip and helped us experience everything we wanted to do in Santorini and maximized all of our available time. He is simply the best! We are forever grateful! for him! The villas we quiet and relaxing, food, drinks, service was top notch. All the staff were extremely helpful and kind. Vitali provided superb service, and he did a little of everything around there. On site breakfast was very good. But none would have been possible without Mr. Kostas, we cannot thank him enough.

Très bon séjour dans ce petit complexe hôtelier. Accueil chaleureux de la part de toute l'équipe, appartement très propre assez grand avec une belle terrasse et le jacuzzi privé est très appréciable. Piscine commune très agréable également pour profiter du beau temps. Bien situé, accès à la plage de sable noir en 10 min à pied, divers commerces, bars et restaurants juste à côté dont un petit supermarché. Et accès à la ligne de bus vers Fira en 5 min à pied. Nous recommandons !

È stata la mia prima volta a Santorini e senza dubbio ci tornerei, oltre che per la meraviglia del posto, anche per l’ospitalità di Markos e Petros! L’appartamento è molto carino, ben attrezzato, pulitissimo e molto vicino alla spiaggia di Perissa. Una zona molto tranquilla ideale per chi cerca puro relax. Al nostro arrivo abbiamo trovato prodotti locali da assaggiare e acqua fresca in frigo, una manna dopo il viaggio. Per qualsiasi richiesta Markos è stato sempre disponile, ci ha consigliato i ristoranti, i posti da vedere, l’auto da noleggiare…tutto organizzato alla perfezione! Se andate a Perissa consiglio assolutamente di soggiornare qui, posto stupendo e Markos e Petros host strepitosi! Bravi davvero. A presto!

Noud venons de passer 9 jours de vacances superbe. Le logement est propre et bien entretenu par la femme de service que nous remercions. La climatisation est fonctionnelle. La piscine est vraiment top! ensoleillée l'après midi et ombragée vers le milieu de l'après midi ce qui est vraiment un Atout. Tout est accessible à pieds, et nous avions même le parking privé. Le logement est situé en plein centre de Perissa face à la mer. c'est juste génial avec des enfants. Le personnel est très agréable, les réceptionnistes toujours souriantes, agréable, et disponible pour nous aider dans nos recherches. je recommande vraiment cet endroit. encore merci

Très agréable séjour chez Helen. Le logement est mieux que ce que nous imaginions. Calme, à proximité d’une plage assez déserte. Le jardin est bienvenu. Deux restaurants à quelques minutes à pied. Il faut juste marcher une vingtaine de minutes pour trouver une épicerie. Helen a été très serviable.

A perfect choice for our honeymoon. We really liked our stay and the staff was very kind and attentive to our needs. It's a quiet place but not far from Fira. They also have free transfer from and to Fira and a good breakfast. You can't eat lunch or dinner here but you can order from Fira. Thank you! Bianca and Cătălin

A wonderful place to stay! It strikes the perfect balance of seclusion and accessibility, being just a short walk from Oia. The plunge pool offers incredible views of the sea, making the experience truly exceptional. Yiannis was incredibly helpful, assisting with our bags from the car to the accommodation and again during checkout. Nothing was too much trouble for him! His excellent recommendations for restaurants and activities greatly enhanced our time on Santorini.

We had an amazing stay at George’s place. The Villa was beautiful and close to everything. Staff was incredibly helpful and organized our activities/rides. We can’t wait to come back!

Ce séjour à Santorin a tout simplement été un pur moment de plaisir ! Panagiotis nous a directement accueilli de la meilleure des manières en nous proposant de venir nous chercher directement à l’aéroport. Dès notre arrivée au logement nous avons été impressionnés par la vue magnifique qu’offre son établissement. Lui et son personnel ont toujours été réactifs et présents pour répondre à nos demandes. Les repas et les activités proposés sont de qualité. La piscine est très reposante et accessible toute la journée, avec un paysage remarquable. Nous recommandons sans aucun doute !

Gianna’s Suite is a fantastic place to stay in Santorini, very near to Fira’s main square (10 min walking), the rooms and bathrooms are beautiful and comfy, plus breakfast is delicious! But I would say that the most important thing is the Staff (Eva and Gianna) are very kind, helpful, thoughtful and easygoing, they make you feel at home and won’t hesitate in helping you with anything you need. They not only keep our luggage but let us enjoy the pool while waiting for our flight out. This is definitely a place to come back and a recommendation of 5 stars out of 5.
