On the 1st floor, the apartment of Captain Nicolas named from the initial owner, built with stone and natural materials. In a particular Cycladic architecture (cave house) , makes the visitor travel through time, experiencing an old time, simple way of life with all modern facilities by the sea. Due to the natural construction of the boat house the temperature is maintained in natural conditions.

The Colourful Land "Syrma" is a partly cave-like boat house, fully transformed on 2022 that offers comfort, relaxation and wonderful view of Western Milos hills. Τη δόμηση καθώς και τη διακόσμηση, την έχει επιμεληθεί ο Γιώργος, ιδιοκτήτης του καταλύματος , με την προσωπική του και μόνο εργασία , χρησιμοποιώντας φυσικά υλικά από το νησί και πολύ μεράκι.
