El alojamiento está ubicado en una 4ª planta y proporciona unas vistas panorámicas e impresionantes de la playa principal de Águilas y la costa de Murcia, que cuenta con bandera azul, accesos con duchas y servicio de vigilancia por Cruz Roja Española.

Amazing 80 m2 penthouse apartment with a private huge 80 m2 atrium terrace with stunning view to the sea, the city and the mountains. There is also a small terrace with direct access from the living room. The apartment is fully equipped and has a modern livingroom, fully equipped kitchen, 2 bedrooms (plus a sofa bed) and 2 bathrooms. Centrally controlled aircondition, WIFI, fiber and 55" smart TV. The terrace offers a nice lounge group, an outside kitchen with dining set, a bar set and sunbeds.

Mi alojamiento es bueno para parejas, aventureros, familias (con hijos), grupos grandes, y mascotas. En caso de viajar con mascota, se aplicará un pequeño suplemento en la tarifa de limpieza (20€ / animal) con el fin de poder asegurarnos de que los siguientes viajeros encuentran la propiedad libre de cualquier rastro de la presencia de un animal.

Hemos instalado recientemente toldos eléctricos, si sales de casa y se levanta viento, se recogerá automáticamente.
