We had a wonderful stay with family at Yulia’s 1 BHK apartment in North Goa! The location was perfect – close to great restaurants and a beautiful beach, making it easy to explore the area. The apartment itself was clean, cozy, and exactly as described in the listing, providing a peaceful retreat after a day of adventure. Although Yulia wasn’t on-site, she was highly responsive and communicated well over the phone, ensuring everything went smoothly. The caretaker was also very helpful and made sure we had everything we needed. Overall, a fantastic experience, and we would gladly stay here again!

I stayed about 3 weeks in this apartment and was very happy about my choice. It's quiet although it is in a very busy neighbourhood. The apartment itself is basic, but has everything you'll need. It also doesn't receive much sunlight for me this was not an issue. I would stay here again. The neighbours were all very nice as well.

Shirish hosts a beautiful place that is well managed by his caretaker Prasad. We appreciated the responsive communication from their manager and the flexibility offered for checkin because we ended up getting quite late compared to our expected arrival. The place is well located, in a nice neighborhood and placed next to KLE college.

It was a really good place to stay for our work trip. Shivasmith has given clear instructions on how to reach and we found the place very quickly. Sandeep was the guy who was available when we were staying and he was available whenever we called to ask where to park the car or the lights are out and provided solutions instantly. Shivasmith has also given us the option to keep our luggage on the day of checkout and collect it in the afternoon after our work was done. We found a very good place for our work trips henceforth!! A Delightful Overnight at Aaicho Wado, Pernem What a lucky find this was! I only wish I had booked it for a few more days. Aaicho Wado, a traditional Goan wado beautifully restored by Ranjita, is truly a serene haven. Her curation reflects a refined aesthetic sensibility—something an art aficionado like me truly appreciated. Every corner of the house is adorned with thoughtfully chosen artefacts that give the space a soul. The villa is airy, spacious, and filled with light. A highlight for me was the tranquil prayer room that lends a calm, almost spiritual energy to the whole place. Lalitji, the caretaker, was kind, helpful, and made us feel right at home. The early morning stillness here has etched itself into my core memories. My parents and teenage son loved the stay just as much—it’s rare to please three generations at once! Pratit's place is overwhelming in its beauty and serenity - words fail me when I try to describe how absolutely breathtaking the experience was. The rooms are well equipped, with a private bathroomworh high pressure shower for each room. Each room has a separate entrance, the upper floor has a common outdoor area, perfect to enjoy the view. The lower floor has a functional kitchen which you barely need to use as the team or Subramanium and Sudha take care of your every need without you needing to lift a finger. Don't go here if you are looking for digital entertainment or loud music/television. it's the spot to read, to watch birds (flocks of them, my binoculars were well used), to take calm walks and to watch the fish jump. For a lakeside location, the rooms are also well maintained, with minimum invasion of insects or moths. We really could not expect better. A special mention for dog lovers - your dog couldn't be happier and the people could not be friendlier to your pet.
