Villa was very clean and nice, it was exactly what we were looking for.

Marie is very accommodating and understanding. The property is well maintained with all amenities you can think of. The house gives you urban beach house vibes yet very comforting. Easily accessible to the beach.

Great location in still new and growing area south of RAK City. Ahmed and team are very professional and helpful!

What a great place to spend a weekend. The house was absolutely beautiful, so clean and spacious. The pool is very big and so warm, which is great for all year round. The house is very private and we felt right at home. The guard Elyas was so helpful and kind, although the house is very private having someone to call when you need something was really great and he really went above and beyond! Big thank you Elyas 🙏🏻 Highly recommend this house it was really beautiful!

We had the best New Year celebration at Andy's villa in Ras Al Khaimah! The place was super spacious with beautiful views of the golf course. It was so peaceful and relaxing. The kitchen had everything we needed and well maintained. Andy was a great host, always quick to help with any questions we had. We loved the calm vibe and modern amenities. It was the perfect getaway. Thanks, Andy, for such an amazing stay! Highly recommend!

We had such a great time at this Airbnb! The place was super private and peaceful, with the perfect balance of being close to the sea. The heated pool was definitely a highlight—we spent hours just hanging out in it. Mr. Nial, the caretaker, was amazing! He was so friendly and went above and beyond to make sure we had everything we needed. It was the perfect spot for our group of friends to relax and enjoy each other’s company. Highly recommend this place!

The house is beautiful with a nice patio, the compound is brand new and extremely quiet, it has a residents pool which stays open until 10pm and the island had a private residents beach. Restaurants and food trucks were a 2 min drive, the beach was a 5 min drive. The house is very spacious and anicha was extremely responsive and helpful

Die Unterkunft war sehr geräumig. Die Räume sind größer, als es auf den Fotos aussieht. Alles war blitzsauber, große Betten. An jedem Schlafzimmer befindet sich ein Bad. Auch der Pool des Gebäudes war schöner als auf den Fotos. Das Einzige, was etwas gestört hat, war der Lärm der Baustelle direkt gegenüber. Aber da überall gebaut wird, kann die Vermieterin daran nichts ändern. Der Kontakt war sehr zuvorkommend und freundlich. Eine klare Empfehlung!

This was an excellent studio apartment. It had a large balcony that saw an amazing sunrise every morning. AC was perfect. Serviceable kitchenette. Bathroom was nice and clean. Small stainless steel table with chairs. The seats of the chairs had lost their padding. Foldout sofa was comfortable. Nice thick light blocking curtains. Balcony was very comfortable for mornings and evenings. Fridge and microwave. All necessary kitchen utensils. Great quality for price. Bed was very comfortable. Minutes walk from the beach and lots of restaurants and shops five minutes by car. Thank you so much for this place.

We found the apartment as described and it was very clean and pleasant. Easy access to beach, pool shops, restaurants etc and if you don’t have a car always taxi available at the front entrance. Marjan Island is a great place for a holiday with lots of nice restaurants & bars. Excellent sporting leisure facilities. Also conveniently located if you’re on a business trip. All in all, I would happily use again and recommend Faisal’s apartment.

Beautiful apartment, completely newly renovated and comfortable. Well furnished and equipped. Private beach right next to the property. Tidiness and beautifully clean and warm sea.

Everything was perfect

Nice and helpful host, always available if you need something. The place is nice and clean, absolutely matching the pictures. The nice beach is available for residents, there's couple of restaurants, supermarket and bar in the building. A bit far away from everything else, but not a problem if you're driving.

We enjoyed our stay! The apartment was well located,clean, and had everything we needed. We even had a lovely fruit bowl.

Petr went above and beyond to be helpful as we were kind of in limbo waiting to fly out and continued our stay several days beyond our original booking and each day Petr kept the calendar open for us to extend from day to day. He was a pleasure to deal with and o would highly recommend him as a host.

Everything was really good Re location and property. The only thing that I would point out is closer attention to cleaning. There were ketchup stains on the kitchen cupboards, and some items of furniture had cigarette stains . I would also refresh the painting. At price requested, I would be expecting perfection.

My husband and I stayed in the property for two nights while in Ras Al Khaimah for business. The apartment was very clean and the bed was very comfortable. The kitchen was well supplied with dishes and utensils. The apartment matches the pictures. It was a great value and we would stay there again.

Olga was very accomodating host. Clean apartment, excellent price/quality ratio. We forgot one thing at the apartment and Olga was very nice to find it and return it after our leaving. Thank you very much!

Honestly one of the best AirBnb I have ever stayed in. It's like a 5-star hotel room but at outstanding prices. Host is super welcoming, they even give you a PDF with all information. Fast Wifi, very clean room. The bathroom is amazing with very modern furniture. The lighting and spotlights were amazing, very modern designs. Every little detail is very well thought of. They give you chocolate, towels, water bottle all on the house. Honestly there's nothing to complain about, you get far more than what you pay for. I actually extended my stay for another night because of how awesome it was. Salma and Stephano were so welcoming, friendly and super helpful. I will definitely stay there again every time I visit RAK.

Apartment is easy to find, they contact and guide you well. Place was as described. We had a good experience.

My stay at Adrian’s was fantastic. Everything surpassed my expectations from beginning to end. Adrian’s smooth and prompt communication made the booking process easy and efficient, free from any complications or delays. Upon arrival, I was given a warm welcome and comprehensive instructions on using the property. The space’s impeccable cleanliness and lovely decoration created a cozy, welcoming ambiance. The amenities were superb, providing everything I needed for a relaxing stay, including a gym! It was ideally situated, a short walk from the beach and a five-minute drive to shops and restaurants. The area was great for families, easy to explore, and had abundant parking. Although I was there for meetings, the cozy environment, stunning beach and sunset views, and convenient location made it feel like a vacation. My experience was terrific from start to finish and far exceeded expectations. I highly recommend Adrian and his properties. I loved my stay and plan to return.
