The Little House in the Heart of Concordia

Our Little House started its life as a 2-car garage, on the alley behind our home, that we transformed into our vision of a cozy and peaceful retreat. This light filled studio is professionally designed, features art from local artists and designers, and is equipped with heating & AC, making it a very comfortable spot to relax and enjoy Portland. You'll have a fully detached private guest house with a fully equipped kitchen, outdoor space and be two blocks away from the vibrant Alberta district.

The upstairs loft suite includes 1.5 bathrooms, with a small pull-out couch in the living room as an additional (but limited) sleeping option. The space is fully private & separate, perfect for experiencing the real Portland.

Come stay in our sweet, new guesthouse! This is NOT a basement space. It has a real bedroom (not a studio) & full kitchen. The Silver Star cottage is in our backyard but very separate with its own city lane access. Lots of beautiful wood and a cozy vibe. We are 1 block from the fabulous Alberta Arts St. but far enough away that it's quiet here. Perfect! Walk to shops & restaurants. Also easy to access anywhere in the city. There's a double-sized hide a bed couch in the airy living space.

Tuck yourself into bed and enjoy the stars or choose to black out windows using our automated shades for uninterrupted sleep.

NE Irving Park Cottage

Irving Park Cottage is designed for your comfort. The space is bright, private, and quiet, with a sunny patio in our garden. It is a separate building in our backyard, built in 2017 with vaulted ceilings, skylights, natural woodwork, heated floors, and air conditioning. It is a clean, modern, pet-free space. It is easy to get to by car and a short trip from the airport with free on-street parking. We are in a walkable, quiet neighborhood near restaurants, coffee shops, parks, and groceries.

Luxury Cabin in the City

Modern cabin in the city built from the ground up for peace and serenity! Giant skylights abound to make even the dreariest of days feel special, and if the sun is out there's no better spot in all of Portland to experience it! Join friends and family at Irving park for a picnic or a tennis match. Or, hop over to Williams and Mississippi for some of the best known restaurants in Portland. Very close to the convention and Moda center that give you tremendous options for entertainment.

Serene Alberta Arts Garden Casita.

Detached casita /studio apt. in one of the hippest neighborhoods in NE Portland; The Alberta Arts District. One queen bed. A portable crib is available upon request for infants, 3rd party bookings will not be accepted. The cleaning fee will be reduced for short stays of two nights. There is a kitchenette with a small fridge, a toaster-oven, a microwave, two-burner stovetop; no oven. The space is ideal for smaller breed dogs, or a larger very mellow dog, but no cats.

Come stay in our Architectural micro home in NE Portland. Close to Mississippi and everything that NE Williams has to offer. Thoughtfully deigned with many amenities. A great WFH vacation retreat. This little house is located in the back of a main house. The backyard is shared with the main front house. There is only street parking but it is free and typically available. We are close to public transportation and rental bikes as well as an organic grocery store... very walkable.
