The lake and a boutique winery are a few minutes drive and the restaurants and activities of Salmon Arm are only a short drive. Relax and enjoy the view and amazing quiet. Access to private beach on Shuswap lake.

Newly-renovated 3,500 sq. ft. home on 8 acres of gated country land. It has 5 bedrooms (4 queens, 1 double), 3.5 bathrooms, central air, and WiFi. The big kitchen and dining areas make it easy to cook and eat together. There’s also a pool table, satellite TV, and some board games and puzzles to enjoy. Outside, you’ll find a large deck with seating, a large natural gas BBQ, a seasonal hot tub, and a fire pit with firewood provided. Laundry facilities are also available for your convenience."
