Unsere wunderschöne kleine Finca am Rande des Ortes Algaida, befindet sich auf einem knapp 2000 m² großen Grundstück. Neben Feigenbäumen, Agave und Palmen gibt es hier auch Orangen-, Aprikosen- und Pflaumenbäume, Ohrenkakteen mit Kaktusfeigen und ein Mandelbaum darf natürlich auch nicht fehlen! Der Pool mit Sonnendeck misst 6m x 4m. Tolle Holzgartenmöbel, Wasch- und Spülmaschine, Klimaanlage und Gasgrill - alles da! Charming artist patio house- Can Tòfol de Pina

Located in the rural inland setting of the Pla de Mallorca, and far from any tourist center. The house and patio have been carefully restored to recreate the original architecture, and provide an ideal location from which to explore rural Mallorca. On the ground floor there is a large sitting room with wood-burning stove; and separate dining room and kitchen. Upstairs there is one double bedroom, one twin bedroom, a dressing room. The main bathroom with shower and toilet is on the same floor.

EL NIU liegt wie ein kleines Nest eingebettet im Grünen zwischen ALGAIDA und RANDA. SEHR GUT GEEIGNET FÜR RADFAHRER UND GOLFER. Der Randaberg ist eine Herausforderung für alle Extremradfahrer. Die Golfplätze SON ANTEM (2X18 Loch), PUNTIRO, SON GUAL und MAIORIS liegen 15-30 Autominuten entfernt. ODER man bevorzugt Ruhe und Sonne - Ausflüge nach Palma - ans Meer - beides ca. 30 Autominuten entfernt. Aber eigentlich will man gar nicht weg aus dem NIU, weil es so gemütlich ist.
