Our cottage has an open loft style floor plan. Spacious, quiet, and light filled. 1.5 baths and 2 stories. Modern and elegant finishes on everything. Main floor has 1/2 bath off kitchen, and there is a full bathroom with shower near the bed located upstairs. It is a stand alone “guest house” in the back yard of the main house. Private parking right in front of the front door! Yard has fire pit, outdoor furniture and BBQ. A hidden oasis, right in the middle of the Ballard neighborhood.

A relaxing ferry trip from West Seattle or Fast Ferry from downtown Seattle brings you to your own private walk in cottage, right on the edge of the water. Watch the ferries go by and relax, away from the hustle and bustle of the city. Two pairs of french doors open the living room up to the garden. Longfellow creek borders the property, beavers included, and a network of park trails as-well.
